The "EU Warehouse" label indicates that the item can be shipped from a warehouse in Europe. If the item cannot be shipped from a warehouse in Europe, it will be shipped from a warehouse outside Europe. Please note that shipping from outside Europe may cause delays.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may vary due to flights, weather conditions, or other external factors. Also, if the order includes special items, such as pre-order and/or customized products, the estimated delivery time will be longer. For a more accurate delivery date, please refer to the tracking information.

2) Tracking:

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. The email contains a tracking number. You can check the order status from "My Account". Click "My Orders" to view the order status and obtain the shipment number.

3) Delivery issues:

①If the package has not been delivered within the expected time, please contact our customer service within 45 days from the payment date, so we can resolve the issue. Please note that: 1) if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but was not received, or 2) if the package includes missing or incorrect items, or other delivery-related issues have occurred, you must contact us within 30 days from the delivery date indicated on the tracking information page. ②Click the "Confirm Delivery" button within 6 months from the shipping date. After that, the button will turn gray and can no longer be used to earn more points.

The free On-Time Delivery Guarantee service entitles you to receive 200 SHEIN points if your order does not arrive by the expected date. For more details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the On-Time Delivery service .

Removing items may affect your eligibility for free shipping. If, after cancellation, the order no longer meets the criteria to qualify for free shipping, you will need to pay the applicable shipping costs.
