Return Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
(1)About return time
We will accept returns within 60 days from the delivery date. Once we receive your parcel in our Israel warehouse, your refund will be automatically issued. (Orders placed from 2023/9/7-2025/1/19 still can be returned within 120 days from the purchase date. )
(2)About return method
1.HFD pick:We will cover the shipping cost for your first return . If a second return from the same order is required, a flat fee of 30 ILS for HFD site will be deducted from your refund.
2.HFD drop:Return through your local HFD site. We will cover the shipping cost for your first return . If a second return from the same order is required, a flat fee of 15 ILS for HFD site will be deducted from your refund.
Return multiple items from different orders in the same package
If you want to return items from different orders, you can return them together. When the items you returned meet the conditions for merging labels, you can select all the items in the COMBINE RETURN LIST. Remember to keep all of the items to be returned in one package.
How do I make a return?

(1)If you choose HFD pick to return your parcel
1.Sign into your SHEIN account.
2.Find the order in My Orders , click the "Return Item" button.
3.Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Pack your parcel carefully and wait for HFD to pick it up.(Since the HFD pick-up channel has just been launched, pickup time may not be as expected. it is recommended that you choose HFD drop so that you can return the product and get a refund ASAP)
(2)If you choose HFD drop to return your parcel
1.Sign into your SHEIN account.
2.Find the order in My Orders , click the "Return Item" button.
3.Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Print the return label by yourself and drop off at any HFD site.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1.The items must be returned in brand new condition with the original packaging.
2.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, DIY Supplies,Event & Party Supplies,Pet Supplies and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygienic seal has been broken.
3.Free gifts, customized items, and items with non-returnable marks cannot be returned. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported.
Important Notice:
1.We do not accept items returned without a proper return request.
2. Please do not return items at your own expense to the address on the shipping label or return label, that is not our return address and will affect your return process.
3. If you want to use the original shipping packaging to return items, please remove/cover the shipping label on the outside of the packaging to avoid your return being sent to you by mistake.
4.Please make sure you don't include non-SHEIN items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
Refunds
1. Refund method
The refund will be issued to the original payment method or your SHEIN Wallet, as per your request.
2. Refund process time
Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. This is an estimated timeframe to accommodate current situations, most refunds will be processed before this.
A) If you have chosen SHEIN wallet refund, it will be refunded within 24 hours. Wallet balances can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your original payment account.
B) If you have chosen original payment account , it will be refunded within 2-14 working days for Adyen ; 1-5 working days for PayPal ; 7-14 working days for Card Payment . Depending on the processing time of the platform/bank.
Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
NOTE: If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 180 days from the date your order was placed.
