2) Tracking:
Please note that Mondial Relay pickup point delivery is now reinstated. However, some centers remain closed or have adjusted their opening hours. Please check in advance on the Mondial Relay website whether your usual pickup point is open.
3) Delivery issues:
①If you find that your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 45 days of the payment date so that the issues mentioned above can be resolved.
Please note that 1) If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or 2) If your package contains missing/incorrect items or other logistical issues, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page.
