1. ABOUT SHEIN VIP
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SHEIN VIP ("our" "we" "our loyalty program" or "program")! SHEIN VIP is a rewards program to offer benefits to our fans, access to events & pop-up stores, exclusive member promotions and the latest fashion news. Once you have joined our loyalty program, you can level up and earn rewards for every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you accept these terms & conditions.
1.2 APPLICABILITY
The program is available only online at SHEIN.com on the sites of various countries. Each account can be affiliated to the program once, regardless of the number of cardholders and authorized users. Every purchase will add to your membership (including cross-site purchases), but you will go up or down a level based on the rules of the registered site .
1.3 VALIDITY
You must make a purchase to become a member. Qualifying purchases mean product and gift card purchases made via the SHEIN wallet or another payment method on the SHEIN site within the allotted time (excluding refunds, chargebacks, order cancellations and payments via gift card).
Due to exchange rate variations, the order amount may be slightly modified. Thank you for your understanding.
1.4 MEMBERSHIP
SHEIN VIP is free. Only an individual can have a membership and via a single account per individual.
It is your identification that determines whether you have reached the legal age to join the program. You then have the responsibility to keep your email and information up to date in your account.
SHEIN reserves the right to ban a member who has violated the terms & conditions. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse the program will result in the exclusion of the account from the program without prior notification. When an account withdraws from the program, all discount vouchers & rewards related to this program are lost.
2. ABOUT LEVELS
2.1 INTRODUCTION
SHEIN VIP consists of four levels: level S1, level S2, level S3 (for members who have already purchased) and level S0 (for members just registered).
2.2 CHANGES
Each level is valid for 12 months from the date the SHEIN VIP member qualified (except for level S1), after which you must undergo an identity verification each month. Data is generally updated within 24 hours. Please check your level after 24 hours.
Once level S1 is reached, this status is irreversible. Please note that your membership level is based on the amount of eligible spending over the last 12 months, i.e. 45 days before the refresh date each month.
3. ABOUT REWARDS
3.1 INTRODUCTION
The loyalty program may also provide you with other benefits in addition to rewards. Details of these offers are published from time to time on the site.
3.2 OTHERS
The details and terms of the loyalty program offers are valid on your member level unless otherwise specified.
Please note that SHEIN VIP rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards or applied to previous purchases.
Vouchers are only applicable on registered sites.
4. MORE DETAILS
4.1 APPROVAL
Once you have joined our loyalty program, this means that you have read and accepted our rules. SHEIN may, at its discretion, change, limit or modify the rules, rewards, member levels or any other SHEIN VIP feature and/or close the program at any time at its discretion by sending a notification via the site and/or by email. You can refer to the latest version of these rules. If you continue to use the membership program after the terms and conditions have changed, you must accept the modified rules. If you do not accept them, you will voluntarily stop enjoying the loyalty program. Please check the site regularly for updates.
4.2 CLOSURE AND/OR CANCELLATION
You can leave the club at any time via your account on the site or by contacting customer service. You have the responsibility to regularly check the terms and conditions to keep yourself informed of changes.
Please note that ending your membership means that you will be able to shop in the classic way on SHEIN and that all outstanding rewards earned as well as points will be lost.
4.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SHEIN may modify the program terms including rewards and levels or suspend or close the program if, for any reason whatsoever, it is no longer relevant (including in case of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in the loss of purchases and the cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the program. Any abuse of the program, any action not in accordance with the general provisions of the program, any misrepresentation or action that would harm the interests of SHEIN, any fraud or attempted fraud could result in the member's exclusion and seriously hinder their chances of re-participating in this program.
4.4 COMMUNICATION
In case of modification of the terms and rewards, suspension or cancellation, SHEIN will send you an email or other form of notification with your permission; the changes will also be displayed on this page. Unsubscribing will mean that you will not receive our message in time and that you will not receive any compensation from SHEIN in the event of modification or suspension of the program. Please note that SHEIN may continue to send you emails about changes or about your account information and your SHEIN VIP membership status.
SHEIN reserves the right to modify, update or terminate a standard membership, which could result in changes to the levels and rewards. Finally, SHEIN has all final rights of interpretation.
