1. What is my wallet?
It is a virtual wallet linked to your SHEIN user account where you can store and access your (1) wallet credits and (2) promotional wallet credits.
Wallet credits may be granted to you if you return items purchased on the Website or App in accordance with our return policy and choose to receive wallet credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Wallet credit is non-refundable.
Promotional wallet credit may be made available to you if you participate in promotional activities on the Site or App, such as in-app games and the check-in program, among others, and earn promotional wallet credit in accordance with the terms of those promotional activities. Promotional wallet credit has an expiration date. Please use it before the expiration date. Once the credit expires, it cannot be claimed. Withdrawal of promotional wallet credit is not supported.
2. Where can I check my wallet balance?
You can check your wallet balance by logging into your account on the SHEIN app or the SHEIN website. Go to "Me" > " Wallet " in the SHEIN app, or to "My Assets" > " My Wallet " on SHEIN.com.
3. How do I use my wallet?
You can view your wallet balance in the wallet at checkout and apply it to your purchase. You may only use your SHEIN wallet balance to purchase on SHEIN in accordance with the terms and conditions, excluding the purchase of a SHEIN CLUB subscription or SHEIN Saver program.
Please note that if the currency chosen to pay for your order differs from your wallet balance, the balance will not appear on the payment page, but you can check your wallet balance after purchase.
Wallet credit and promotional wallet credit cannot be used to purchase marketplace products, which are marked with an icon on the product listing page.
4. Can I still pay with my wallet if I have already redeemed bonus points and/or a coupon code?
Yes, you can use your wallet balance or promotional wallet balance along with a coupon and bonus points.
5. How do I withdraw funds from my wallet?
Simply click the WITHDRAW WALLET CREDIT button, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and click SUBMIT to confirm. Funds will be returned to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made.
Please note that promotional wallet credits cannot be withdrawn.
6. How long does it take for funds withdrawn from my wallet credits to appear in my account?
It typically takes 1 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your PayPal account or 7 to 14 business days for the funds to be credited to your credit card.
Please note that funds will be returned to the original account used to make the payment, whether it is a PayPal account or a credit card.
7. Can I withdraw my wallet balance to another card?
The wallet balance cannot be transferred to another card. Funds will be returned to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made.
8. Can I transfer my wallet balance to another SHEIN account?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer wallet funds or promotional wallet funds from one SHEIN account to another.
If you wish to withdraw your wallet credits, you can use the WITHDRAW WALLET CREDIT function. Funds will be returned to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made. Please note that promotional wallet credits cannot be withdrawn.
9. Why can't I withdraw my wallet balance?
Please ensure that the amount you are trying to withdraw does not exceed your wallet balance.
10. I have never used my wallet balance, why is my wallet empty?
If you made a payment with your wallet balance and placed an unpaid order, the wallet balance will remain with the unpaid order.
To restore the wallet balance, simply cancel the order by clicking the Cancel button in My Orders and the wallet balance will be returned to your wallet.
