All returns to SHEIN are subject to this Fair Use Policy. This policy helps ensure that we can continue to offer free returns to the vast majority of our customers.
When the policy applies
For a small number of customers with return activity significantly higher than typical customer levels, we may apply a return shipping fee of 7.99 USD per return. This fee is deducted from the refund amount for the returned item(s) and helps offset the costs of handling and processing unusually high volumes of returns. When determining whether this fee applies, we review return activity compared with typical customer levels, including factors such as the frequency, number, and value of returned items. .
Advance Notice
You will always be informed in advance before the return shipping fee is applied to your refund. If the deduction of 7.99 USD will apply to your future refunds for returns, you will first receive a notification before your return application, and you will be reminded again on the returns page. If you do not receive these messages, your returns will remain free.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must comply with SHEIN’s return requirements, including applicable timing, condition, and eligibility rules described in our Return Policy.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is defective or damaged, return shipping fees will not apply.
