You hereby grant to Infinite Styles Ecommerce Co., Ltd and its parent, affiliates, and related entities (collectively, “Company" or “SHEIN”) the right and license to post any of your social media content (including but not limited to photographs, videos, captions and related comments) in which you have mentioned and/or tagged SHEIN or any other Company brand (individually and collectively, "Your Posts"), in perpetuity for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes. Company’s right to post or otherwise use Your Posts shall include the right and license to use your social media handle, moniker, name, and likeness and to post Your Posts via Company’s owned and operated official social media channel(s), email newsletters, digital applications, and Company websites and mobile applications. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own all rights in and to Your Posts; (ii) any person appearing in Your Posts has consented to their appearance in Your Posts and all reposting thereof; (iii) you are not a minor; (iv) any testimonial contained in Your Posts is a true and accurate expression of your honest belief based on use of Company’s products; and (v) you have disclosed receipt of any free product or incentives in exchange for providing Your Posts. You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold Company harmless from any liability related in any way with the use of Your Posts.
