1. What Is the SHEIN Earning Program?

The SHEIN Earning Program is an official referral rewards program offered by SHEIN. By inviting eligible new users through the SHEIN App, participants can earn Shopping Credits or Cash Rewards when the invited users successfully register and complete designated activities.

2. Get Started in 4 Easy Steps

✅ Step 1: Join the Program & Generate Your Code

Download the SHEIN App, search for “Earning” on the home page, and enter the SHEIN Earning Program page. Follow the on‑screen instructions to generate your personal referral code or link.

✅ Step 2: Invite New Users

Share your referral code or link with friends who have never registered a SHEIN account.

Invited users must download the SHEIN App and participate in the activity through your referral code or link.

✅ Step 3: New User Completes a Qualifying Order

The invited user must:

Successfully register a new SHEIN account

Enter the designated activity page using your referral code or link

Complete their first in‑app order within 24 hours on the designated activity page

⚠️ Important Notice If the invited user does not meet the participation requirements, or if the order is deemed invalid due to violations, abnormal activity, cancellation, or refund, the order will not qualify as a valid referral. Related rewards will not be issued or may be revoked. Final eligibility and reward issuance are subject to the records and determination displayed in the SHEIN App.

✅ Step 4: Wait for Rewards to Be Issued

Rewards will first appear in Pending status

After the Pending period ends, rewards will be credited to your Earning Balance

3. Rewards Rules & Conditions

3.1 Reward Issuance & Pending Period

All rewards earned from a qualifying referral will first enter Pending status

The Pending period is 30 days, during which the invited user’s order is verified for refunds

After the Pending period ends, rewards will be officially credited to your Earning Balance

⚠️ Important Notes

If the invited user returns or cancels the order during the Pending period, the reward will be canceled

If a refund occurs after the Pending period, issued but unused rewards may be revoked

3.2 Reward Validity Period

Once rewards are issued, they must be redeemed or withdrawn within 90 days

Rewards not redeemed within this period will expire automatically and cannot be restored

3.3 Reward Usage Rules

⚠️ Minimum Redemption Requirement Both Shopping Credits and Cash Rewards can only be redeemed or withdrawn when the available balance in your Earning Balance reaches $20 or more.

3.3.1 Shopping Credits (Credit Rewards)

When accumulated Shopping Credits reach $20 or more, you may request to transfer them to your SHEIN Wallet

Transfers to the SHEIN Wallet are limited to up to 10 times per day, subject to the limits shown on the page

Credits can only be used after being transferred to the Wallet

Credits are valid for 7 days after transfer

Credits may only be used on SHEIN‑sold products

Credits are non‑transferable, non‑withdrawable, and not redeemable for cash

⚠️ Shopping Credits not used within the validity period will expire automatically

3.3.2 Cash Rewards

Reach Level 3 in the activity to unlock withdrawal eligibility.

When accumulated Cash Rewards reach $20 or more, you may request a withdrawal

Withdrawals must be made in full; partial withdrawals are not allowed

Withdrawals are limited to once per day

Cash Rewards will be paid to your PayPal account

PayPal charges a 2% processing fee per transaction, which will be deducted from the payout

3.4 Reward Tiers & Referral Rounds

The program includes three reward tiers

The more qualifying referrals you make, the higher the tier you reach

Each Referral Round lasts 30 days

Tier progress and rewards are only valid within the current round

All tier progress resets at the start of a new Referral Round

3.5 Reward Cancellation & Adjustments

Rewards may be canceled, revoked, or adjusted (including resulting in a negative balance) under the following circumstances:

The invited user’s order is refunded or canceled

Refunds occur during the Pending period

Refunds occur after the Pending period and rewards remain unused

Redeemed rewards cannot be directly deducted

Abnormal activity, violations, or fraudulent behavior are detected
