The following terms and conditions of this Coupon Policy apply to the Coupons (defined below) purchased or obtained from SHEIN (defined below).

This Coupon Policy is issued by Infinite Styles Ecommerce Co., Ltd. (where applicable,
"SHEIN" ,
"we" ,
"us" and
"our" ) and is incorporated by reference into our
Terms & Conditions (
"Terms" ). This Coupon Policy governs the issuance, use, redemption and refunds of any coupons, whether purchased by or issued to you at no charge from time to time at our discretion (
"Coupons" ). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms.
Subject to applicable laws, this Coupon Policy may be amended from time to time.
1. How to Get SHEIN Coupon?
1) Paid Coupon: We may make available Coupons for purchase from time to time at our sole discretion in the following manner:
- When you’re going to place a purchase order for goods on our Site or Apps, you might also purchase paid Coupons, and redeem such paid Coupons for your current or future purchase -- depending on the nature of the campaign or promotion that we are holding (in our sole discretion) at that time ( "Paid Coupons" ). The purchase order for such Paid Coupons will be effective once you agree to this Coupon Policy and make the payment for such Paid Coupons.
2) Free Coupon: We may make available Coupons to you at no charge from time to time at our sole discretion ( "Free Coupons" ), including in the following ways:
- By registering a new SHEIN account, you may potentially get a Coupon after you successfully register.
- Through the homepage and order page on the Site and Apps, you may potentially get a Coupon. Such Coupons will not be linked to your SHEIN account.
- When you download the App by scanning the QR code, you may potentially get a Coupon.
- You may potentially get a Coupon from our influencers based on their recommendation. Such Coupons will not be linked to your SHEIN account.
- Through the Coupon package pop-up window on the home page of the Site and Apps, you may potentially get a Coupon, depending on whether we hold such campaign or promotion in our sole discretion at that time.
- When you successfully make full payment of a purchase order for goods on the Site or the Apps, you may potentially get a Coupon, depending on whether we hold such campaign or promotion in our sole discretion at that time.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Coupons which are specifically designated for the sole purpose of purchasing products exclusively distributed by Sellers cannot be used for purchasing products sold by SHEIN and vice versa.
2. Expiry Period and Restrictions on Use
The validity period for Coupon will range from 1 day to 3 months (or potentially longer) -- depending on (i) different types of Coupons; and (ii) any terms and conditions presented to you at or before the time of issuance.
Once the validity period expires, the Coupon cannot be redeemed or otherwise used. If your Coupon is not redeemed prior to its expiry, it will be marked as "unavailable" on your User Account and will be deleted after 3 months.
3. What Type of Coupons Does SHEIN Provide?
We offer the following five types of Coupons:
1) Fixed-amount Coupon;
2) Discount Coupon applicable to the total order amount of all goods;
3) Discount Coupon applicable to the goods at original price only;
4) Free shipping Coupon applicable to the basic/lowest available cost shipping option; and
5) Free shipping Coupon applicable to the highest available cost shipping option.
These five types of Coupons may be offered for free (at our discretion) or purchased by you in any circumstance as provided in clause 1 above.
4. View Your Coupon
You may check your available and unavailable Coupons (excluding: (i) the Coupons which have expired more than 3 months; and (ii) the Coupons which are not linked to your SHEIN account) by visiting "Personal Center" << "My Assets" << "Coupons" after you log into your User Account. Coupons may vary from site to site.
The available Coupons may be used on the Site and Apps to purchase products and services, subject to any accompanying additional terms and conditions.
5. Redemption and Limitations
1) Subject to applicable laws, Paid Coupons are non-refundable.
2) You can use valid Coupons in your User Account when placing a purchase order for goods (subject to any applicable terms and conditions).
3) A Coupon may only be used once.
4) Coupons may not be exchanged for cash.
5) Only one Coupon can be redeemed in connection with any given order; and Coupons cannot otherwise be "stacked" or combined with other Coupons in connection with the same order.
6) Paid Coupons may not be redeemed outside of the Site or storefront from which they were originally purchased or obtained. For example, if you purchased a Paid Coupon on the Site or Apps, it can only be redeemed on the Site or Apps (and not any other SHEIN website or app).
7) Subject to this Coupon Policy, Coupons will be returned to your SHEIN account upon successful cancellation, return and/or refund of a purchase for which such Coupon was redeemed, unless : (i) it is a Free Coupon for which the expiry period has since lapsed; or (ii) it is a Free Coupon not otherwise linked to your SHEIN account; or (iii) it is a partial cancellation, return and/or refund of your order.
As above, Coupons may be subject to additional terms, conditions and restrictions as may be presented to you prior to purchase or issuance.
6. Coupon Refund Amount Adjustment Rules
The usage of Shein’s coupon with thresholds will be according to the Actual Order Value. The Actual Order Value is the amount of your original order minus any Refund Value (i.e. the original amount of the refunded item(s)). The Refund Amount you received will be subject to the following policy:
1.There are two possible scenarios if you apply for a refund after the use of a coupon:
1) If the Actual Order Value still meets the original discount threshold for the coupon that you have used, no Refund Amount Adjustment will occur. You will reimburse us the applied coupon on a pro-rata basis.
2) If the Actual Order Value does not meet the original discount threshold for the coupon that you have used, then a Refund Amount Adjustment will occur. The Refund Amount Adjustment may result in a reduction of the amount we refund to you or, even no refund at all may be paid out to you.
2.In the case of the Refund Amount Adjustment:
a)For coupon(s) with more than one threshold, if the Actual Order Value meets another threshold with a lower value, you will only need to reimburse to us the difference between the value of the coupon that was originally used, and the value of the coupon that was used based on the new Actual Order Value.
b)If the Actual Order Value no longer meets any discount thresholds after the refund, you will no longer be eligible for any discount and you will need to reimburse to us the value of the coupon that was originally used. The coupon that you have used will be returned to your Wallet subject to the terms of relating coupon.
For Examples:
Suppose there are two thresholds in one coupon: For Actual Order Value between EUR 69 and EUR 99, discount of EUR 6 will be applied; for Actual Order Value of above EUR 99, discount of 15EUR will be applied.
Scenario 1 (No Refund Amount Adjustment):
- Purchase value of the original order: EUR 120
- Refund value: EUR 20
- Actual Order Value: EUR 100 (i.e., EUR 120 (original purchase value) minus EUR 20 (refund value)).
The Actual Order Value still meets the original coupon threshold of EUR 99, and thus there will be no Coupon Reimbursement and No Refund Amount Adjustment will occur. You will receive the full refund of EUR 16.7(EUR 20(Refund Value) minus EUR 3.3 (the percentage of the applied coupon accordingly)).
Scenario 2 (Refund Amount Adjustment I):
- Purchase value of the original order: EUR 120
- Refund value: EUR 30
- Actual Order Value: EUR 90 (i.e., EUR 120 (original purchase value) minus EUR 30 (refund value)).
The Actual Order Value does not meet the original coupon threshold of EUR 99, thus you are no longer entitled to the EUR 15 coupon. However, the Actual Order Value still meets the threshold of EUR 69 and you are entitled to the EUR 6 coupon and the difference between the coupon issued and the eligible coupon after the refund will be EUR 9. Therefore, we will deduct EUR 9 from your refund amount. You will thus receive a refund of EUR 21 (i.e., EUR 30 (refund value) minus EUR 9 (coupon difference)).
Scenario 3 (Refund Amount Adjustment II):
- Purchase value of the original order: EUR 120
- Refund value: EUR 70
- Actual Order Value: EUR 50 (i.e., EUR 120 (original purchase value) minus EUR 70 (refund value)).
The Actual Order Value does not meet the original coupon threshold of EUR 99, thus you are no longer entitled to the EUR 15 coupon. The Actual Order Value also does not meet the threshold of EUR 69, so you are not entitled to any coupon. Hence, the entire value of the coupon issued (EUR 15) has to be reimbursed. Therefore, we will deduct EUR 15 from your refund amount. You will thus receive a refund of EUR 55 (i.e., EUR 70 (refund value) minus EUR 15 (coupon difference)).
