1. The Program can be accessed on the SHEIN Platform (SHEIN App&Website). You must be logged into your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App to be able to participate in the Program. If you have not yet downloaded the SHEIN App or created a SHEIN User Account, you may download the SHEIN App on a mobile device for free and create a free SHEIN User Account. 2. Follow the instructions and share the Program page link (“Program Page Link”) through one of the available social media channels where you have an account. The Program Page Link must be shared to one of the following: i) your Instagram Feed, ii) your Snapchat Story, or iii) your Twitter (X) Feed. You are prohibited from sharing the Program Page Link on Facebook or via any direct messaging. Sharing the Program Page Link is limited to once per person during the Program Period.

3. Program Period: The Program begins on October 20,2023 at 04:00:01 a.m. Central European Time (“CET”), and ends on December 18, 2023 at 04:00:01 a.m. CET (the “Program Period”).

4. Program Reward: When you successfully share the Campaign Page Link, you will receive a reward (“Reward”). The Reward consists of 10 SHEIN Points. The Points will be placed in your SHEIN User Account and will be valid for 30 days after its issuance date. The Points will be viewable in the “My Points” section of your SHEIN User Account and will be subject to our Bonus Point.

You can only receive one (1) Reward during the Program Period.

5. If we, in our sole discretion, suspect that you have participated in the Program with improper means or fraudulent methods (including but not limited to cheating, sharing and registering using illegal tools, logging in to multiple accounts, using fake accounts, or disrupting the system), we have the right to not send the Reward to you and/or to terminate your SHEIN User Account.

6. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any post that you make on any third-party social media platform regarding the Program complies with (i) the terms and conditions of any such platform(s); and (ii) all applicable laws.

7. SHEIN reserves the rights to amend these rules from time to time, and to terminate the Program at any time and without any notice to you.
