SHEIN VIP is a program to reward our most loyal customers, granting privileged access to our events and pop-ups, exclusive promotions, and the latest fashion news. Once you join our loyalty program, you can level up and earn incredible rewards for every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you automatically accept these Terms and Conditions.

The Program is available online at SHEIN.com for various countries with their corresponding websites. Each Account is enrolled in the Program only once, according to the number of cardholders and authorized customers. Every purchase will count toward your member level (including purchases across different websites), but level updates are based on the rules of your registration site .

To become a member, a purchase is required. Qualifying Purchases include purchases of products and gift cards, through the SHEIN wallet or other payment methods available on the SHEIN website, within the corresponding timeframes, excluding refund/rejection/cancellation amounts of your orders and payments made with SHEIN gift cards.

Being a SHEIN VIP member is free of charge. SHEIN VIP membership is individual and limited to one account per person.

SHEIN VIP has four levels: Level S1, Level S2, Level S3 (available for VIP members), and Level S0 (available for any registered member).

Each level is valid for 12 months once the SHEIN VIP level is reached (excluding the S1 level); after that, it will be validated once a month. Data is updated every 24 hours. Please check your level after 24 hours. Once you have reached the S1 level, you cannot lose it. Please note that your membership level is based on the actual amount spent during the last 12 months, which is 45 days before the update date of each month.

Membership in the Program may entitle you to various offers ("Offers") in addition to Rewards. Details of these offers are periodically displayed on the program website.

The details and terms of any offer established on the program website are valid for your effective membership period, unless otherwise specified on the program website.

Once you join the loyalty program, you are deemed to have read and accepted the rules. SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the rules, regulations, rewards, SHEIN VIP membership eligibility, or any other feature of SHEIN VIP, and/or may terminate SHEIN VIP at any time, at its discretion, through a notice on the website and/or by email. You can consult the latest version of these rules on this page. If you continue to use SHEIN membership rights after changing the terms of these rules, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised rules. If you do not accept the revised rules, you must voluntarily stop enjoying the membership rewards agreed upon in the rules. Please check the website regularly to stay informed of updates.

You may cancel your participation at any time through your Account on the website, or you may notify us by contacting SHEIN Customer Service. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes that may occur.

SHEIN may modify the terms of the program, including the Rewards and Levels, or suspend or terminate the program if this program cannot be executed as planned for any reason (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), which may affect the loss of a purchase or the cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the Program. Any abuse of the program, breach of any provision of the program, any misrepresentation, or any action that harms SHEIN's interests, or fraud or attempted fraud, may result in the revocation of the member's membership and will affect their eligibility for future participation in the program.

In the event of a modification, suspension, or termination of the Terms and Rewards, SHEIN will notify these changes by email, mail, or any other marketing channel we have access to for contact, as well as on our website. If you unsubscribe from the program, you will not receive any type of message and no compensation from SHEIN in the event of modification or suspension of the Program. Please note that SHEIN will continue to send emails with information regarding changes to your account and your SHEIN VIP membership.
