1. What is Clearpay?
Clearpay is a payment method that allows you to make purchases immediately and pay for them later in 4 installments, paying every 2 weeks, at no cost*

Representative Example: APR: 0%; NIR: 0%; Amount: €100; Term: 1 and a half months; 4 installments of €25; with due dates every two weeks, the first due date being at the same moment of purchase. Total amount owed: €100. RRP: €100; Total price in installments: €100.
2. How does Clearpay work?
It's very simple! Just add the products you want to the shopping cart and, when you have finished, select Clearpay as the payment method at checkout, and we will redirect you to the Clearpay website so you can complete your personal details and add your card information (Visa, Mastercard).
If you have already used Clearpay before, you simply need to log in to your Clearpay account and complete your order.

4. Who can use Clearpay?
Clearpay is only available to residents in Spain over 18 years of age.
Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to use Clearpay or create a Clearpay account.

5. How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?
If you are unable to make a payment, please contact Clearpay.
If any of the payments are not made, Clearpay will prevent you from making further purchases.
Clearpay will give you until 11 pm the following day to make the payment, otherwise you will incur a late payment penalty costing €6.00.
Additionally, if the installment remains unpaid, an additional penalty of €6.00 will accrue, which will be charged to you on the seventh day after the installment's due date.
If your purchase is less than €24.00, the total late fee cost cannot exceed €6.00. If your order is €24.00 or more, the total penalties will not exceed 25% of the total order or €24.00, whichever is lower.
The collection of the existing Clearpay debt may be assigned to a collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future. We recommend that you use Clearpay responsibly.

6. What happens if I can't pay an installment?
If you are unable to make a payment, please contact Clearpay.
If any of the payments are not made, Clearpay will prevent you from making further purchases.
Clearpay will give you until 11 pm the following day to make the payment, otherwise you will incur a late payment penalty. This will cost €6.00 and an additional fee of €6.00 if the payment is not made within 7 days. If your purchase is less than €24.00, the total late payment fee will be €6.00. If your order is €24.00 or more, the total penalties will not exceed 25% of the total order or €36.00, whichever is lower.
The collection of the existing Clearpay debt may be assigned to a collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future. We recommend that you use Clearpay responsibly. Refer to Clearpay's Terms and Conditions of service for more information.
7. When will my purchase be delivered if I use Clearpay?
Clearpay orders are delivered within our standard delivery times, like any order from our website.
8. Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Clearpay transaction?
Yes, to use Clearpay, the value of your purchase, including shipping, must be between €4 and €800.
The maximum value of your order may be lower depending on whether you are a new customer or on your payment history.
9. Can I use another payment method with Clearpay?
Yes, you can also use a SHEIN gift card or promotional code with Clearpay to pay for your purchase.
10. How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Clearpay?
Items purchased with Clearpay follow our standard return process.
Please note that refunds for Clearpay purchases will be refunded from the website to Clearpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.
When the refund is processed, your upcoming Clearpay payments will be canceled and payments that have already been made will be refunded to the card used to pay.
Please note that until the Merchant has issued the refund, you will be responsible for continuing to make your payments to Clearpay.
