* In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated arrival time. The actual delivery date may be affected by flight delays, weather conditions, or other external factors. * Click the "Confirm Delivery" button within the next 6 months (from the shipping date). After this date, the button will turn gray and no additional points can be earned.

If your package has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact customer service within 90 days from the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be resolved. Please note that 1) If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or 2) Your package includes missing/incorrect items or other logistical issues, you must contact us within 60 days from the delivery date shown on the tracking information page.
