SHEIN behält sich das Recht vor, Ihnen nach eigenem Ermessen die Teilnahme am Programm und/oder die Nutzung der SHEIN-Dienste zu untersagen, wenn:

a.Sie gegen eine dieser Regeln und/oder gegen die Vereinbarungen im Zusammenhang mit den SHEIN-Diensten verstoßen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Nutzung von Software oder anderen Verhaltensweisen, die darauf abzielen, unrechtmäßige Vorteile aus dem Programm zu erzielen.

b.Sie mehrere Benutzerkonten und/oder gefälschte Benutzerkonten erstellt haben, die durch Netzwerkbetriebsprotokolle, Transaktionsinformation, Zahlungsinformationen und andere Informationen zur Identität und zum Verhalten des Benutzers identifiziert werden können.

c.Sie sich an betrügerischen Aktivitäten beteiligt haben (einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Angriffe auf das System, das Erlangen unrechtmäßiger Vorteile, illegale Nutzung modifizierter Software, Klon, Jailbreak, Root usw.);

d.Sie unter die Definition gemäß Abschnitt 2.2.(6) der Nutzungsbedingungen fallen.

Durch die Teilnahme am Programm stellen Sie SHEIN und deren Muttergesellschaften, Tochtergesellschaften, verbundene Unternehmen, Partner, Mitarbeiter, Direktoren, Angestellten, Vertreter, Werbeagenturen und alle anderen, die mit der Entwicklung und Durchführung dieses Programms verbunden sind, von jeglichen und allen Verletzungen, Verlusten oder Schäden frei, die durch Ihre Teilnahme am Programm und/oder die Annahme, die Vergabe, den Erhalt, die Nutzung und/oder den Missbrauch der Vorteile verursacht wurden oder angeblich verursacht wurden. Sie stimmen außerdem zu, dass:

Only users who have a valid SHEIN User Account and log in through the SHEIN App are eligible to participate in the REWARDS WITH PURCHASE OF ITEMS program（the “Program”). b.you have created multiple User Accounts and/or fake User Accounts, as may be identified through network operation logs, transaction order information, payment information and other information related to the user's identity and behaviors.

c.you have engaged in cheating behavior (including but not limited to attacking the system, obtaining improper benefits, illegally using modified software, clone, jailbreak, root, etc.);

d.You are considered under the definition established in section 2.2.(6) of the Terms of Use.

By participating in the Program, you release SHEIN and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Program from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Program and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Free Gift, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Program and/or the awarding of any Free Gift except as expressly provided in these Official Rules.
