SHEIN will select three random comments, each winning a voucher worth 300 euros.

Only one (1) entry is allowed per person/Instagram account, regardless of the number of comments or tagged friends. You must have an Instagram account to participate, and your account must be public. Accounts are free. All entries are subject to Instagram's terms of use. The use of macros, bots, scripts, or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a participant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the social media account used to post the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address or other similar account associated with the relevant social media account.

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: From all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, a random drawing will be conducted on or about March 25, 2024 to select three (3) potential winners. The potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message on or about March 25, 2024. No liability will be assumed for any prize notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner is not eligible, has not complied with these official rules, or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, that potential winner will be disqualified and another winner may be selected. In addition, a potential winner may be disqualified and another winner selected if they do not respond within 1 day of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable. Each potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release ("Prize Claim Documents"). If a potential winner is a minor under the laws of the state in which they reside, the applicable prize may, at Sponsor's discretion, be issued in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian, or the winner's parent or legal guardian must ratify and sign all required documents.

The prize will be delivered via Instagram Direct Message in the form of a gift voucher code that can be redeemed at https://de.shein.com/. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except as otherwise described in the next sentence. A substitute of comparable or greater value may be awarded if the stated prize is unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's control. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, as well as any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of a prize.

PARTICIPATION: By participating in the Sweepstakes, (i) you agree to these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) you agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sweepstakes judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes to have intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it believes, in its sole discretion, that a malfunction, error, disruption, or damage is affecting or will affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the specified end date, the Sponsor will (if possible) select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries not affected by the issue.

PUBLICITY CONSENT AND RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT: By participating in the sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor (and those acting with its permission) has the non-exclusive right to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast and otherwise use your comment in whole or in part, in any manner, in any medium, whether now existing or later discovered, worldwide and for the maximum duration permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to publication on the internet. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: The Sponsor is fully liable for damages caused intentionally and by gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by the Sponsor. For property and financial damages caused by slight negligence, the Sponsor is only liable for property and financial damages, limited to the typical and foreseeable damage in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation ("cardinal obligation"). A cardinal obligation within the meaning of this rule is an obligation whose fulfillment makes the performance of this contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner may therefore regularly rely. The limitation of liability applies accordingly in favor of the Sponsor's employees, representatives and vicarious agents. Any liability of the Sponsor for any guarantees and warranties as well as for claims under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected. These rules and any disputes shall be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively before the courts in Germany.

LIABILITY: Sponsor shall be fully liable for damages caused by intent and gross negligence as well as for damages caused by injury to life, body, or health caused by Sponsor. In an event of property damage or financial loss caused by slight negligence, Sponsor shall be liable only for property damage or financial loss, limited to the typical and foreseeable damages caused by breaches of a material contractual obligation ("cardinal duty"). A cardinal duty in the meaning of this provision is an obligation whose fulfillment makes the implementation of this contract possible in the first place and on the fulfillment of which the contractual partner may therefore generally rely. The limitation of liability shall apply mutatis mutandis to the benefit of the employees, agents, and vicarious agents of Sponsor. Any potential liability on the part of Sponsor for any warranties and guaranties and for claims based on the applicable Product Liability Act shall not be affected.

CHOICE OF LAW: These Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of Germany, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts in Germany.
