ELIGIBILITY:The SHEIN #SHEINHOMEHEROES Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to all residents of Germany who are at least 18 years of age.Employees, officers or directors of Infinite Styles Services Co., Limited, 1-2 Victoria Buildings Haddington Road, Dublin 4 Dublin, D04 XN32 Ireland ("Sponsor") or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising or promotional agencies involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family and household members of any such persons, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on March 23, 2025 at 00:00:01 Central European Time ("CET") and ends on March 30, 2025 at 23:59:59 CET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, log in to Instagram and (1) follow @sheingermany, (2) "like" (double-tap the like button) the Sweepstakes post, (3) visit SHEIN.com and create a wishlist with 3-5 items you still need for your spring or Easter décor, and (4) share your wishlist and ideas on your Instagram feed and tag #SHEINHOMEHEROES and #SHEINHomeRefresh, and (5) comment "DONE" once you have completed all the steps. Your entry must include the three hashtags #SHEINHOMEHEROES #SHEINHomeRefresh and #SHEINContest.
Only one (1) entry per person/Instagram account is permitted, regardless of the number of posts or tagged friends. You must have an Instagram account to participate, and your account must be public. Accounts are free. All entries are subject to Instagram's terms of use. The use of macros, bots, scripts or any other automated means of submitting entries is prohibited. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over an entrant's identity, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the social media account used to post the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address or other similar account associated with the corresponding social media account.
DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: A random drawing will be conducted on or around March 31, 2025 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select ten (10) potential winners. The potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message on or around April 3, 2025. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason.If a potential winner is not eligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and another winner may be selected. Furthermore, a potential winner may be disqualified and another winner selected if they do not respond within 1 day of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable.Each potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release ("Prize Claim Documents"). If a potential winner is a minor under the laws of the state in which they reside, the applicable prize may, at the Sponsor's discretion, be awarded in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian, or the winner's parent or legal guardian must ratify and sign all required documents.
PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING:
Ten (10) prizes are available. Each prize consists of an electronic SHEIN gift voucher worth €350. The prize will be delivered via Instagram direct message in the form of a gift voucher code that can be redeemed at https://de.shein.com/ .The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except as described in the next sentence. A substitution of comparable or greater value may be granted if the stated prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor's control.Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, as well as any other fees or costs associated with the acceptance or use of a prize.
PARTICIPATION:By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sweepstakes judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Submitted materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. No liability is assumed, except in the case of a breach of the Sponsor's obligations, for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alterations of entries, or for any technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or for the inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive submission information by the Sponsor due to technical problems; or (iii) injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to (i) permanently disqualify from all sweepstakes sponsored by it any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if, in its sole discretion, it believes that a malfunction, error, interruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the stated end date, the Sponsor will (if possible) select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries not affected by the issue.
ADVERTISING CONSENT and TRANSFER OF RIGHTS:If participation in the Sweepstakes requires you to upload a post (feed post, story, reel or other) to your social media accounts as a condition of entry or winning the Sweepstakes, you hereby grant the Sponsor (and those acting with its permission) a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast and otherwise use your post, in whole or in part, in any manner, in any medium, whether now existing or later discovered, for the purposes of posting or sharing your post online on our social media, on our website or in online magazines. Please note that you may revoke this license at any time by contacting [email protected] .
To fulfill our obligations under these Terms of Participation, we will use your full name, contact information, and address for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes. This includes determining the winners, necessary communication with participants, and organizing the logistics and delivery of the prize. We may also publicly disclose the above information about the winners if required under applicable local regulations.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: The Organiser is fully liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by the Organiser. For property and financial damages caused by slight negligence, the Organiser is liable only for property and financial damages, limited to the typical and foreseeable damage in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation ("cardinal obligation"). A cardinal obligation within the meaning of this provision is an obligation whose fulfilment makes the performance of this contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner may therefore regularly rely. The limitation of liability applies accordingly in favour of the Organiser's employees, representatives and vicarious agents. Any liability of the Organiser for any guarantees and assurances as well as for claims under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected. These rules and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively before the courts in Germany.

Participation is limited to one (1) person per person/Instagram account, regardless of the number of comments or friends tagged. You must have an Instagram account to participate, and your account must be public. Accounts are free. All posts are subject to Instagram's Terms of Service. PRIZE DRAW AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: A random draw will be held on or about 31/03/2025 among all eligible entries received during the Competition Period to select 10 potential winners. No liability will be accepted for any prize notification that is lost, intercepted or for any reason does not reach a potential winner. If a potential winner is not eligible, has failed to comply with these Official Rules, or declines a prize for any reason prior to being awarded, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner does not respond within 2 days of the initial notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned to the potential winner as unclaimed or undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Potential winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Public Relations Release ("Prize Claim Documents"). If a potential winner is a minor under the laws of his/her state of residence, the applicable prize may be issued in the name of a parent or legal guardian of the winner, at the discretion of the Organiser, or a parent or legal guardian of the winner must confirm and sign all required documents.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, as well as any other fees or costs associated with accepting or using a prize.
