1. Description of the Promotion - These terms and conditions apply to your participation in the "Summer Oasis Happy Hour Lucky Draw" promotion (the "Promotion").

Klarna Bank AB (publ) Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm is the "Promoter" of the above-mentioned Promotion. The Promoter collaborates with Shein to run this Promotion, and the respective prize will be provided directly to the winners by Shein.

You are not required to purchase any goods or products from the Promoter or Shein in order to participate in the Promotion.

2. Promotion Period - The Promotion begins at 13:00 GMT on 26/07/2022 and ends at 20:00 GMT on 07/08/2022 ("Promotion Period"). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Promotion if there are objective reasons to do so. In such a case, you shall have no claims against the Promoter.

3. Eligibility to Participate - Eligible to participate are persons residing in Germany who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation. The Promoter is entitled to request proof of your age from you at any time. Should such proof be requested and not be provided by you within the specified time period, the Promoter is entitled to exclude you from participation / receipt of the prize.

Employees and close family members of the Promoter or its affiliated companies are excluded from participation in this Promotion.

(a) visit the Pop-Up Store on site at Kurfürstendamm 68, 10707 Berlin, Germany; and

(b) choose your favorite item at Shein in the Pop-Up Store; and

(c) take a photo (the "Photo") in the photo booth with your favorite Shein item; and

(d) post the Photo on Instagram, tag @sheingermany and @klarna, and use the hashtags "#sheinxklarna #summeroasispopup and #SHEINContest" (the "Post")

Once the Post has been verified by the brand ambassador in the store (at the photo booth), you will have the chance to win the Shein item you selected for the Photo by participating in a lucky draw in our box with 2 types of draws (pink for "win", white for "please try again tomorrow").

Only one (1) entry per person per day is allowed.

The instructions of the on-site security personnel must be followed.

Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions are invalid and will not participate in this Promotion.

In order to participate, you must have a user account with Instagram. Instagram has its own terms and conditions that apply. In addition, they have their own data processing policies and it may happen that your personal data is transferred to and processed in a country outside the European Union. The Promoter has no influence on Instagram's data processing. For more information on processing by Instagram, please refer to Instagram's respective privacy notices.

All prizes are awarded by Shein.

This Promotion is run by the Promoter and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. The Promoter is solely responsible for the administration of the Promotion and therefore is also the sole point of contact for the participant in this regard. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.

INSTAGRAM: By participating, you release Instagram and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, and advertising agencies from any injury, loss or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by your participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

5. Prize - After completing all of the above participation actions, you will have the chance to win an item provided by Shein that you selected in the Pop-Up Store. Value approx. €5 - €40 each ("Prize").

Chances of winning: 30%.

Any additional costs and expenses beyond the Prize will not be covered by the Promoter.

The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred or assigned to other persons. No compensation will be offered if you are unable to accept the Prize. If applicable, the prize winner is responsible for all federal, local and income taxes or other expenses associated with the acceptance, use and possession of the Prize and should seek independent financial advice before accepting the Prize. All prize representations are for illustrative purposes only. The Promoter reserves the right to award a different prize of comparable or higher value if the Prize is not available. Participants acknowledge that the Promoter and all other companies involved in this Promotion, as well as their representatives, make no express or implied warranties, representations or guarantees regarding the quality, condition, suitability or merchantability of the Prize and are in no way responsible for it, except for the standard manufacturer's warranties applicable to each goods prize.

6. Selection of Winners - The winners of the prizes will be selected in a lucky draw conducted in the Pop-Up Store with the help of a draw box consisting of two types of draws (pink for "win", white for "please try again tomorrow"). The selection is final and binding. The prize winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize in the Pop-Up Store. If the selected winner does not confirm acceptance of the Prize within a reasonable period, the Prize will be forfeited.

Any additional costs incurred through the acceptance of the Prize shall be borne by the winner.

The Promoter is the controller responsible for the personal data it receives from you or otherwise collects about you in connection with the Promotion, and is responsible for ensuring that it uses your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If the Promoter collects personal data from you, the legal basis for processing your personal data is the performance of the Promoter's contractual obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Participation, i.e. for providing, managing and running the Promotion and, if you are the winner, for providing the Prize to you.

It is necessary for the organizer to use your data for the above purposes in order to fulfill its obligations to you regarding the administration of the promotion, or it is in the legitimate interest of the organizer to use your data in the manner described in these terms of participation to ensure the proper administration of the promotion.

If the organizer collects personal data from you, it will only pass this on to the organizer's group companies, suppliers, and subcontractors that support the organizer in connection with the above purposes (e.g., in providing the promotion to you).

Suppliers and subcontractors are companies that are only authorized to process the personal data they receive from the organizer based on the organizer's instructions. These suppliers and subcontractors include software providers, data storage providers, and business consultants.

Participants have certain rights regarding the processing of their personal data by the organizer, including the right of access, rectification, and erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to certain types of processing (including in relation to direct marketing). 8. Applicable Law - These terms of participation are governed by German law. This choice of law does not deprive participants of the protection afforded to them by their own laws and provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of the participant's own jurisdiction.

9. General - The organizer is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to failures of computers, cables, networks, hardware, software, or websites. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it believes that the participant is attempting to commit fraud or violate these terms of participation. The organizer reserves the right to end, cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion if fraud, a virus, or another technical problem affects the administration, security, or proper conduct of the promotion, as determined by the organizer at its sole discretion.

For simple negligence, the organizer is liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damages typical of the contract.
