2. The information you submit will be used by us to decide, at our sole discretion, whether to enter into a possible licensing agreement with you. Submitting an application does not guarantee you a place in the SHEIN X program. It is only the first step in the process. If we do not accept you, it is because we have determined, based on various internal criteria and the limited number of designers we can accept per season, that you are not a fit for the program this season.

3. If you are not selected for the SHEIN X program, the designs or photos you submitted will be deleted from our files.
