Track your package with just a few clicks.
Step 1
Log in to your SHEIN account "Sign In/Register".
Click on "Orders".
Step 2
In "My Orders" you have an overview of all your orders and their status.
Click on "Orders" for more information.
Step 3
When your order says "Shipped", you can click on "Track" to see the current status of your package.
General information about your package's journey since it was shipped.
Step 4
Click on "Confirm Delivery" upon receiving your order to validate your "BonusPoints" "Buy and Save".
