How can I check my points balance?

About earning SHEIN points
Points are independent on each SHEIN website. The points balance is displayed in the Points Section. That is the points balance available on the current website you are on.
100 points = $1. You can use points to pay up to 30% of your total purchase amount (only the price of the products is included, not shipping, taxes, or insurance). Points will be used based on the expiration date. For more information about points and their use, click here.
You can also use your points to obtain coupons during special events or to gain more opportunities to play our mini-games, etc. To see the specific rules of use, please read the terms and conditions of each event.
About viewing SHEIN points
To check your "Bonus Points" balance, log in to your account and click on "My Account." You can only view the points balance for the current website from the current website.
About the validity period of SHEIN points
Depending on their category, SHEIN POINTS have different expiration dates. Expiration dates range from 7 days to 3 months, some even longer. If your points expire before being used, they will be removed from your account.
About the daily limit of SHEIN points
For each user, there is a maximum amount of points that can be received daily. When users reach the maximum amount of points they can receive in a day, they can still participate in events and games, but they cannot receive more points. Click here to learn more about the limit settings.

2. Each user can receive a maximum of 2000 SHEIN points daily from reviews;
3. Each user can receive a maximum of 100 SHEIN points daily from signing up;
4. Each user can receive a maximum of 500 SHEIN points daily from events;
5. Each user can receive a maximum of 200 SHEIN points daily from surveys;
About SHEIN points refunds
1. If an unpaid order is canceled, the applied points will be immediately refunded to your account.
2. If you request a return, the points used will be refunded to your account upon completion of the refund. If there is a partial return, the points may be refunded in proportion to the amount of the returned products.
3. If the canceled order or refund is processed outside the points' validity period, the points will not be refunded. You can view your points balance with the details in your account.
4. If the items for which points were credited are returned and/or refunded, the points associated with that order will be deducted from your points balance. If your Points balance does not have enough Points, said balance will appear as a negative figure, which may later be offset by earning more Points. A negative Points balance does not create or impose any requirement or obligation on You.
