1. The Choices label highlights stores and their products that we think you may like based on the experiences of our other customers. Stores that are highlighted with the Choices label are highly rated by customers and have lower return rates.
Please note: SHEIN does not itself test products, but instead relies on what customers have said or done in determining which stores receive the Choices label.
2. SHEIN considers what customers tell us about a store and its products in granting the Choices label to a store. The factors that we consider include customer ratings for the store, customer ratings for the store’s products, and rates of return for the store.
3. Sellers must apply to have their stores considered for the Choices label. No seller can pay to have their store or products highlighted with the Choices label. When a store receives the Choices label, then all the products in the store will also be highlighted with the Choices label. If customer reviews and feedback about a store and its products change, then we will reconsider the Choices label for that store and its products.
