1. ABOUT SHEIN VIP
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SHEIN VIP ("our" loyalty program" or "Program")! SHEIN VIP is a rewards plan for our fans to redeem rewards, gain access to events and pop-ups, receive exclusive member promotions, and get the latest fashion news. Once you join our loyalty program, you can level up and earn rewards with every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 APPLICABILITY
The Program is available online at SHEIN.com for various country sites. Each account is enrolled in the Program once, regardless of the number of cardholders and authorized users. Every purchase is credited to your membership (including cross-site purchases), but tier upgrades and downgrades are based on the rules of your registered website .
1.3 VALIDITY
A purchase is required to become a member. Eligible purchases are purchases of goods and gift cards made through the SHEIN Wallet or other available payments on the SHEIN website during the provision period, excluding the amount of refunds/rejections/cancellations of your orders and payments made with SHEIN gift cards.
Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the order amount may vary slightly. Thank you for your understanding.
1.4 MEMBERSHIP
There is no fee for SHEIN VIP. Membership in SHEIN VIP is limited to individuals and is restricted to one account per person.
It is your identification that represents you as being of legal age to participate in our Program, and it is your responsibility to keep your membership, email, and contact information in your account up to date.
SHEIN reserves the right to disqualify members who have violated any of the Terms and Conditions. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or misuse the Program will result in the account being removed from the Program without notice. If a membership is terminated, all outstanding coupons and pending rewards associated with the membership will be forfeited.
2. ABOUT TIERS
2.1 INTRODUCTION
SHEIN VIP consists of four statuses: Level S1, Level S2, Level S3 (available for purchasing members), and Level S0 status (available for registered members).
2.2 CHANGES
Each tier is valid for 12 months from the day the SHEIN VIP member qualifies (except for tier S1); after that, an identity verification is required every month. Data updates usually take up to 24 hours. Please check your tier change after 24 hours.
Once you reach Tier S1, you will receive lifetime status. Please note that your membership tier is determined by the amount of eligible spending in the last 12 months, ending 45 days before the monthly refresh date.
3. ABOUT REWARDS
3.1 INTRODUCTION
Membership in the Program may grant you various offers ("Offers") in addition to rewards. The details of these Offers will be explained from time to time on the Program's webpage.
3.2 OTHER
The details and conditions of all Offers, as set forth on the Program's webpage, apply for the duration of your effective membership, unless otherwise stated on the Program's webpage.
Please note that rewards from SHEIN VIP cannot be used to purchase gift cards or for prior purchases.
Coupons are only valid for your registered website.
4. MORE DETAILS
4.1 APPROVAL
Once you join our loyalty program, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the rules. SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, change, restrict, or modify the rules, regulations, rewards, benefits, membership eligibility, or other features of SHEIN VIP, and/or terminate SHEIN VIP at any time at its sole discretion by providing reasonable notice on the webpage and/or via email. You may refer to the latest version of this rule on this page. If you continue to use SHEIN membership rights after the terms of these rules are modified, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised rules. If you do not accept the revised rules, you should voluntarily stop enjoying the membership rewards agreed upon in the rules. Please check the webpage regularly for updates.
4.2 TERMINATION AND/OR DELETION
You may terminate your membership at any time through your account on the webpage or by contacting SHEIN customer service. It is your responsibility to review these terms from time to time to stay informed of changes.
Please note that terminating your membership means you can only shop at shein.com via guest checkout, and all outstanding points and pending rewards remaining on this account will be forfeited.
4.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SHEIN may modify the terms of the Program, including rewards and tiers, or suspend or terminate the Program if this Program cannot be executed as planned for any reason (including in the case of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in the loss of purchase and the cancellation of all rewards and benefits associated with the Program. Any misuse of the Program, failure to comply with any provision of the Program, misrepresentation, or actions that harm the interests of SHEIN, as well as fraud or attempted fraud, may result in the member being excluded from membership and affect the member's eligibility for continued participation in the Program.
4.4 COMMUNICATION
In the event of changes, suspensions, or terminations of terms and rewards, SHEIN will notify you via mail, email, and other channels regarding marketing with your consent and display all changes on this page. Unsubscribing will result in you not receiving our message in a timely manner, and in the event of any change or suspension of the Program, you will not receive any compensation from SHEIN. Please note that SHEIN may still send you emails such as changes or information about your account and SHEIN VIP membership.
SHEIN reserves the right to change, update, or cancel the SHEIN VIP membership standards at any time, which may involve changes to tier status and rewards. SHEIN has the authority of final interpretation.
