The company responsible for selling the products via the Site and Apps and providing the Services (and therefore, the payment collection entity) is Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd, 22 Sin Ming Lane, #06-76, Midview City, Singapore 573969, acting as a joint controller of the information together with Roadget Business Pte. Ltd., 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12 07 Suntec Tower One, Singapore (038987). Therefore, the terms "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd and Roadget Business Pte. Ltd. collectively, as joint controllers.
Please read our Terms and Conditions and this Policy before accessing or using our Services. If you cannot agree with this Policy or the Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use our Services.
The Company is operating the Services and the sale of SHEIN brand products, and therefore, is the controller of your personal data, and is also responsible for processing and protecting your personal data.
The joint controllers stated above have entered into a joint controller agreement, allocating the essential responsibilities as follows: Roadget Business Pte. Ltd. will be responsible for operating the Site and providing for its security. Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd will be responsible for using the Site in Switzerland to sell products to customers, collecting payment and processing returns. The joint controllership agreement is necessary because of the aforementioned separation of the technical and commercial levels, while at the same time processing your data is necessary for both companies, respectively, to provide you with the overall Services (consisting of both the sales and the Site and Apps).
Right to modify this Policy: We may change this Policy from time to time, to reflect how we are processing your data, and if we make changes, we will notify you by revising the effective date or last modified data at the top of this Policy. If we make significant changes that materially affect your privacy rights, we will provide advanced notice and make that clear on the SHEIN website or other SHEIN services, or by some other means of contact such as email, so that you are able to review the changes before you continue to use the Services. If you do not agree with the modified Policy, please discontinue use of the Services or do not consent to the updates.
Instant information: In addition, we may provide you with real time disclosures or additional information about the personal information handling practices of specific parts of our Services.   • D. Co-Branded Services and Features . Portions of our Services may be offered as part of co-branded services and features. The co-branded partners will be identified on the co-branded feature or service, along with an applicable co-branded partner's privacy policy. Use of your personal information by a co-branded partner will be subject to a co-branded partner’s privacy policy. We may disclose personal information—including account information, Wallet balance or points information—to a buyer, prospective buyer, corporate affiliate, or other successor based on our legitimate interests in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding in which personal information held by us about our Services users is among the assets transferred.   • If Google Analytics is structured to collect personal data, the cookie banner on our Site will provide you the opportunity to consent to Google Analytics and the data controller will be Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We have implemented Google Analytics with the "AnonymizeIP" function, which makes sure that your IP address will be shortened before it is sent to servers in the U.S. Exceptionally, the shortening may take place after such transfer to the U.S. Google uses this data to evaluate your use of our Services, to compile reports on activities on our online services and to provide us with other services related to Site, App and internet use.

When you access our Site via advertisements on Bing Ads, a cookie is set on your computer. In addition, a Universal Event Tracking tag is integrated on our Site. The information collected is transferred to a Microsoft server in the United States.     • Facebook Ads. Using Facebook Business Tools , we may display interest-based ads to you when using Facebook. We do not share any of your personal information with Facebook. We may also show ads to audiences that share similar characteristics as you. To do so, a list of email addresses is irreversibly encrypted through hashing and uploaded or transmitted from our site, and Facebook matches the hashed data against its own users, generating a lookalike audience and deleting the uploaded list. We do not have access to the identity of anybody in the "lookalike" audience, unless they choose to click on one of our advertisements.

4. Security Precautions

5. Your Rights
As explained in the "Overview" section above, the joint controllers have entered into a joint controller agreement, allocating the essential responsibilities as follows: Roadget Business Pte. Ltd. will be responsible for operating the Site and providing for its security. Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd will be responsible for using the Site in Switzerland to sell products to customers, collecting payment and processing returns. The joint controllership agreement is necessary because of the aforementioned separation of the technical and commercial levels, while at the same time processing your data is necessary for both companies to provide you with the overall Services (consisting of both the sales and the Site and Apps). In the event that you wish to assert your rights as a data subject pursuant to GDPR as described below, Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd shall be primarily responsible and shall be assisted by Roadget Business Pte. Ltd in responding to such requests. We therefore ask you to contact us with such requests through the contact options mentioned in this Privacy Policy, and Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd will respond to your request.
Pursuant to the joint controller agreement, both parties are independently responsible for ensuring the lawfulness of data processing operations and for taking appropriate technical and organizational measures in this context. This Privacy Policy is also jointly adopted by the joint controllers. In the event of a data breach, the joint controllers are obligated to inform and subsequently cooperate with each other in responding, with Fashion Choice Ptd. Ltd focusing on communication with the regulatory authorities and individuals, while Roadget Business Pte. Ltd focuses primarily on our technical response and future data breach prevention.
We attach great importance to your attention to personal information, and do our best to protect your rights to access, correct, delete, cancel your account, and withdraw your consent to our processing your personal information, so that you have the full ability to protect your privacy and security. To exercise your rights, you may contact us at our dedicated Privacy Center (see section 11).
5.1 Access, Rectification, Portability, and Deletion of your Personal Information. You have the right to correct or update your personal data, object to processing of your personal data, ask us to restrict processing your personal data or to request portability of your personal data. To protect the privacy and the security of your personal data, we may request data from you to enable us to confirm your identity and your right to access such data, as well as to search for and provide you with the personal data we maintain upon your request. There are instances where applicable laws or regulatory requirements allow or require us to refuse to provide or delete some or all of the personal information that we maintain.
To exercise your rights, you may make updates within your customer account on the Site or App, or you may contact us our dedicated Privacy Center . If you no longer wish to be our customer, or cease using or accessing our Services, you can request us to close your account and delete all personal information we hold about you via the Privacy Center (see section 11), subject to certain legal requirements.
5.2 Withdrawal of consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, as well as to access, correct, or delete the personal information that we collect, subject to certain exceptions.
Please be aware that there are instances where applicable laws or regulatory requirements allow or require us to refuse to provide or delete some or all of the personal information that we maintain.
5.3 Unsubscribe from Our Marketing Communications. If you no longer wish for us to use your email account to send you marketing emails or non-transactional promotional materials, please directly click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our email messages to you or contact us at our dedicated Privacy Center .
5.4 Lodging Complaints. If you believe we have infringed or violated your privacy rights, please contact us at our dedicated Privacy Center so that we may attempt to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. 6. Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
If you no longer wish to be our customer, or cease using or accessing our Services, you can request us to close your account and delete all personal information we hold about you via Privacy Center (See section 11), subject to certain legal requirements.
If you send us correspondence, including emails, we retain such information electronically in the records of your account. We will also electronically retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from us to you. We retain these records to measure and improve our customer service and to investigate potential fraud and violations. We may, over time, delete these records as permitted by law.
We will also retain Services usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Site, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

7. Third-Party Websites
Our Apps or Site may contain links to third-party sites. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We recommend that you read the privacy statements of any other sites that you visit as we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

We operate accounts and fan pages on different social media platforms (the "Social Media Accounts" ).
If you visit one of our Social Media Accounts you initiate a variety of data processing operations. Below we identify the other types of entities with whom you may interact when you visit one of our Social Media Accounts. If you do not provide us with your personal data, certain functionalities of the social networking platforms requiring such data will not be available to you or only to a limited extent.
