1. What is My Wallet?
It is a virtual wallet linked to your SHEIN account, where you can store and access your (1) Wallet Balance and (2) Promotional Credit.
Wallet Balance may be provided to you when you return items purchased on the website or app in accordance with our return policy and choose to receive a credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. This balance is withdrawable.
Promotional Credit may be provided to you when you participate in promotions on the website or app, such as in-app games and the check-in program, and earn promotional credit under the terms of such promotions. Promotional Credit has an expiration date. Please use it before the expiration date. Once the credit expires, it cannot be recovered. Withdrawal of Promotional Credit is not supported.
2. Where can I check my balance?
You can check your Wallet Balance by logging into your account on the SHEIN app or the SHEIN website. In the SHEIN app, go to "Me" > " Wallet " or on SHEIN.com, go to "My Assets" > "My Wallet".
3. How do I use my Wallet?
You can view your balance at checkout and use it for your purchase. You can only use your SHEIN balance for a purchase on SHEIN, subject to the terms and conditions. This does not apply to the purchase of SHEIN CLUB or SHEIN Saver memberships.
Please note that the balance of your credit will not be displayed on the checkout page if the currency you use to pay for your order differs from the currency of your Wallet balance. However, you can check your balance after the purchase.
Wallet Balance and Promotional Credit cannot be used to purchase Marketplace products, which are marked with a Marketplace icon on the product page.
4. Can I pay with my balance even if I have already used bonus points and/or a coupon code?
Yes! You can use your Wallet Balance together with a coupon and bonus points.
5. How do I withdraw money from my Wallet?
Simply click the WITHDRAW WALLET BALANCE button, enter the desired amount, and confirm with SUBMIT. The amount will be refunded to the PayPal account or credit card used for the original payment.
Please note that Promotional Credit cannot be withdrawn.
6. How long does it take for the withdrawn balance to appear in my account?
It usually takes 1 to 5 business days for the money to appear in your PayPal account, or 7 to 14 business days for the money to be credited to your credit card.
Please note that the money will be refunded to the original account used for payment, whether it is a PayPal account or a credit card.
7. Can the Wallet Balance be paid out to a different card?
The Wallet Balance cannot be paid out to a different card. The balance will be refunded to the PayPal account or credit card used for the original payment.
8. Can I transfer my Wallet Balance to another SHEIN account?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer balance or Promotional Credit from one SHEIN account to another.
If you would like to withdraw your Wallet Balance, you can use the WITHDRAW BALANCE feature. The balance will be refunded to the PayPal account or credit card used for the original payment. Please note that Promotional Credit cannot be withdrawn.
9. Why can't I withdraw my balance?
Please make sure that the amount you entered for withdrawal does not exceed the balance amount.
10. I have never used my balance, why is my Wallet empty?
If you paid with your balance and placed an unpaid order, the balance will remain tied to the unpaid order.
To restore the balance, simply cancel the order by clicking the "Cancel" button under "My Orders", and the balance will be credited back to you.
