The following Terms and Conditions ("One-Click Pay Terms"), last updated on April 20, 2023, apply to the SHEIN One-Click Pay feature ("One-Click Pay"). By using the One-Click Pay feature on the Website or App, you agree to be bound by these One-Click Pay Terms. If you do not agree to these One-Click Pay Terms, do not use the One-Click Pay feature on the Website or App. Your use of the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature is also subject to our Terms of Use, which include, among other things, applicable legal provisions and definitions for some of the words used in these 1-CLICK TO BUY Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in these 1-CLICK TO BUY Terms shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use.
NOTICE OF ARBITRATION PROVISIONS: Your use of the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature is subject to binding individual arbitration of any disputes that arise, as described in the Terms of Use, which also means you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
1. The 1-CLICK TO BUY feature is only available for select items ("Items") with a specific stock keeping unit ("SKU") sold by SHEIN on the Website or App, and is not available for items sold by third-party sellers.
2. When 1-CLICK TO BUY is available for a particular item on the Website or App, you can seamlessly add the item to your Original Order (as defined below) and purchase it using the same payment method you used to purchase the Original Order.
3. An Original Order (the "Original Order") is the most recent order you placed with us and completed payment for, but which has not yet been processed and shipped.
4. By clicking "One-Click Pay," you authorize us to automatically add the item to the Original Order and charge the price of the item plus applicable taxes to the same payment method you used to pay for the Original Order.
5. The only payment methods supported by the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature are credit card, debit card, and PayPal.
6. You may use the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature to add items to the Original Order and pay for those items, one SKU at a time, and each SKU may be purchased in multiple units at a time. If you need to purchase items with a different SKU, you must complete the "1-CLICK TO BUY" purchase process separately for each item with a different SKU. There is a limit of five (5) different SKUs per Original Order that can be purchased using the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature.
7. All items added to the Original Order using the One-Click Pay feature can only be shipped to the same delivery address specified in the Original Order. If the delivery address needs to be changed, it must be changed in the Original Order.
8. If you cancel the Original Order, all items added to the Original Order using the One-Click Pay feature will also be cancelled.
9. If the Original Order did not reach the free shipping threshold and you were charged a shipping fee for the Original Order, you will not receive a refund of the shipping fee, even if the total amount of the item(s) you added to the Original Order using the 1-CLICK TO BUY feature would have caused the Original Order to reach the free shipping threshold.
10. You may not use coupons to apply payment for items you add to the Original Order using the One-Click Pay feature.
