ELIGIBILITY: The SHEIN OUTFIT CONTEST CAMPAIGN (the “Campaign”）is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers or directors of SHEIN US Services, LLC., (“Sponsor”), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this, as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate. Void in where prohibited.

1.Log in to your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App.

2.Access to the Campaign by going to Me > more services > Gals >edit> Outfit .

3.You must be logged into your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App and enter in to the “Outfit”section to participate in the Campaign. If you have not yet downloaded the SHEIN App or created a SHEIN User Account, you may download the SHEIN App on a mobile device for free and create a free SHEIN User Account. See details to create a free SHEIN User Account at https://shein.com/user/auth/login?from=navTop .

1.When you enter in to the Outfit section, you will be directed to a page with 3 outfit themes. Choose any one of these themes to create your outfit (the “Creation(s)”). Once you have finished, you can publish your Creation.

2.The Campaign will be held weekly with 3 outfit contest themes for each week. For each theme, the contest will be last 7 days (the “Contest Period”).

3.You can participate in anyone or all of the contest themes and there is no limit to the number of Creations you submit.

4.Your Creation(s) could be seen by other creators and viewers in “Leaderboard” section in Gals>Contest Now. If they like your Creation(s), they can vote for it by clicking “Like”. The more “likes” you get, the higher you will be ranked.

5.During the Contest Period of one theme, if your Creation ranks among the top 12 in terms of the number of likes received, you will be awarded SHEIN Points as a reward.

6.Your Creation(s) may be selected as the Editor’s Pick, and announced in the “Editor’s Pick” section in the Gals>Contest. Once picked, you will be awarded SHEIN Points as a reward.

1.The reward(s) for participating in the Campaign will be SHEIN Points (the “Reward(s)”). The Rewards for each contest winner and the editor’s pick winner (collectively, the “Winner”) will be following the below table:

2.The awarded SHEIN Points will be credited to each Winner’s SHEIN user account within 24 hours after the winning or being announced as a Editor’s Pick.. The Winner can view your SHEIN Points and their expiration date in the “My Points” section of your SHEIN user account. The awarded SHEIN Points will be subject to Terms & Conditions and SHEIN’s Points Policy.

3.Unless otherwise stated, Rewards are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Rewards are void where prohibited by law Sponsor may delay a Reward for the purposes of investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these official rules. All of Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

4.All Rewards need to be properly kept by users after they are distributed. The Player needs to protect its SHEIN User account and password so that the Rewards are not used by others. Sponsor will not be held responsible for any loss or misappropriation. All Rewards can be used on all the SHEIN Platforms (App and website) within the USA.

PARTICIPATION. By entering the Campaign, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Campaign. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or (ii) for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Campaign. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Campaign it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Campaign if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign.

Publicity/USAGE Rights: By participating in the Campaign, you further acknowledge and agree that Sponsor (and those acting with its authorization) has the non-exclusive right to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast, re-post, and otherwise use your Comment or your Post, in whole or in part, in any way, in any medium whether now existing or later discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, including but not limited to posting online. Participation in the Program and/or receipt or use of any reward further constitutes the participants’ consent for use of his/her Photo, name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further review, notification, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).

Release OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Campaign, you release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Campaign from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Campaign and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Reward, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any reward except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. You further agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, or any rewards awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Campaign, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain any award for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above are inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.

1.The reward(s) for participating in the Program will be SHEIN Points (the “Reward(s)”). You will earn 5 SHEIN Points for each Show you post. You may post 2 Shows per day, for receiving 10 SHEIN Points maximum.

2.If your SHOW is selected as featured (the “Featured”), you will receive an extra reward of 50 SHEIN Points.

3.The awarded SHEIN Points will be credited to your SHEIN user account within 24 hours after posting. You can view your SHEIN Points and their expiration date in the “My Points” section of your SHEIN user account. The awarded SHEIN Points will be subject to Terms&Conditions and SHEIN’s Points Policy.
