Gift Cards purchased on the ca.shein.com website (the "Site") or on the SHEIN Canadian mobile application (the "App") before March 8, 2021 may be used on any SHEIN website. Gift Cards purchased on the Site or App on or after March 8, 2021 may only be redeemed for eligible purchases on the Site or App. Once an amount from these Gift Cards is redeemed on the Site or App, any remaining balance on the Gift Card may only be redeemed on the Site or App. For clarity, this Gift Card Policy applies to all Gift Cards purchased on the Site or App, regardless of whether the Gift Card is redeemed for purchases on the Site or App.

Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable, except as expressly required by law. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or used for payments outside of the Site or App, redeemed for a value greater than the face value, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash (except to the extent required by law). Gift Cards cannot be used for advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or other unauthorized promotional purposes.

Subject to applicable laws, we reserve the right, without notice, to cancel Gift Cards without refund, suspend or terminate customer user accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and charge alternative forms of payment if we suspect (in our sole and absolute discretion) that a Gift Card was obtained, used, or applied to a SHEIN order fraudulently, illegally, or otherwise in violation of these Gift Card terms.

Gift Cards may be redeemed only for the purchase of SHEIN products (i.e., products sold by SHEIN Distribution Canada Limited) and may not be redeemed for products from third-party sellers. Additionally, Gift Cards may not be redeemed for the purchase of a SHEIN CLUB subscription. In accordance with applicable law, we reserve the right, without notice to you, to cancel Gift Cards without refund, suspend or terminate user accounts, suspend or terminate the use of our services, cancel or limit orders, and impose alternative payment methods if we suspect that a Gift Card was obtained, used, or applied to a SHEIN order fraudulently, illegally, or otherwise in violation of these Gift Card terms.

When purchasing a Gift Card, you must provide your billing information (e.g., your credit or debit card number) at checkout. You will not receive a physical Gift Card. Gift Cards are sent to the email address you provided when purchasing the Gift Card, along with a receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that this information is up to date and accurate, in accordance with Section 6 below. Promotional coupons, promotional points, wallet credits, and another Gift Card cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card.

To redeem your Gift Card for an eligible purchase, enter the Gift Card number and PIN at checkout. The Gift Card balance will be credited toward your purchase amount. Remaining Gift Card funds may be applied to a subsequent purchase. If the amount due is greater than the Gift Card balance, you must choose another payment method to pay the remaining amount.

If an order is paid with a Gift Card, is subsequently returned, and a refund is requested, the amount of the order that was paid with the Gift Card will be returned to the same Gift Card.

Gift Cards now support account linking. Once a Gift Card is linked to your account, only the account holder can use it, and it will not be necessary to enter the PIN for future redemptions, which makes the checkout process faster and more convenient. Please note that the linking is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.

If a Gift Card is not linked to an account, it can be shared with a maximum of five different users. Once this limit is reached, no additional user can redeem the Gift Card.

Your Gift Card balance corresponds to the value of the Gift Card minus any amounts that have already been redeemed for purchases, if applicable. If you would like information about your Gift Card, you can contact Customer Service.

Gift Cards purchased on the Site or App do not expire, do not lose value if unused, and are not subject to additional fees.

Once the gift card has been successfully purchased, it will be sent to the email address provided on your gift card order. If you did not receive your Gift Card, it may be because:

SHEIN disclaims all liability in the event your gift cards are lost, stolen, or used without authorization. Ownership of the gift cards, as well as the risk of loss, transfers to you upon purchase of the card. Be sure to take the necessary steps to protect your gift card number and PIN from unauthorized access or use. If you believe that someone has copied or stolen your gift card, contact us immediately via our Customer Service.

In certain cases, SHEIN may issue promotional gift cards ("promotional gift cards") to you, free of charge, for promotional or other purposes. These promotional gift cards can only be redeemed on the Site or App and may be subject to additional or different terms.

For example, a promotional gift card may have an expiration date and be subject to other conditions, which will be communicated to you when you receive the promotional gift card. Except for the different conditions specifically communicated to you when you receive a promotional gift card, the terms of this gift card policy apply to promotional gift cards.

8. You are not permitted to purchase or maintain a total balance exceeding $1,000 on one or more gift cards at any given time.

9. Subject to applicable laws, SHEIN reserves the right to modify these gift card terms from time to time, at its sole and absolute discretion, changes which we may communicate to you by any reasonable means, including, without limitation, by posting the revised gift card terms on the ca.shein.com site. It is your responsibility to periodically review the gift card terms of use.

SHEIN AND ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUBSIDIARIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS OR ANY WEBSITE OR APPLICATION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT OF A GIFT CARD MALFUNCTION, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SAID GIFT CARD. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, ALL OR PART OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
