We hope you love what you have ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?
You have a maximum of 45 days from the purchase date to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 45 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 45 days from the purchase date, or which do not comply with the terms herein will not be accepted.
Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?
Return Shipping is free on your 1st return package for any order. You must use the return label (“Return Label”) we provide (See "How do I make a return?" section for details), then ship the return package postmarked within 45 days from the purchase date.
If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, there are two ways to make the additional returns:
①You can use the Return Label we provided, and $9 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
②You can use your own shipping method at your own cost.
Please note that any additional returns must be postmarked within 45 days of the purchase date.
Return multiple items from different orders in the same package
If you want to return items from different orders, you can return them together. When the items you returned meet the conditions for merging labels, you can select all the items in the COMBINE RETURN LIST. Remember to keep all of the items to be returned in one package.
How Do I Make A Return?
1.Sign into your SHEIN User Account.
2.Find the order in "My Orders", click the "Return Item" button.
3.Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and choose the return method to get your Prepaid Return Label.
4.Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible.
5.Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
6.Please drop it off at your nearest Canada Post store or Neighbour Express you selected. (The return label we provide only works in the shipping from Canada ).
7.Please make a return at the retail location, where you can receive a receipt as confirmation of your return. Keep your proof of postage receipt until after you are refunded.
The return label is valid for 30 days from creation date. If your return label expires and your item is still eligible for returns, please contact our customer service to request a new return label.
Your package must be postmarked within 45 days from the purchase date.
NOTE: If you prefer to use, and pay for, your own shipping, you can use any shipping method you like. But make sure the package is postmarked no later than 45 days from the purchase date. (See "Important Notice" section for details).
*The Return Label we provide only works if you are shipping within Canada.
How Do I Find The Return Label I Generated?
Find the order containing the returned item(s) in the “My Orders” section of your User Account. → Click “Order Details” → Click “Return & Refund Record” in the top right corner → Click “View” to download.
Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
Non-Returnable Items
1.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics pet products, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.
2.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
3.Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported.
Important Notice
1.Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2.Please make sure you do not include non-SHEIN items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
3.If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
1.Refunds will typically be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or your SHEIN Wallet, as per your request.
Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional approximate 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2.The original shipping fee and insurance, if any, are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your purchase date.
