A: On Sundays and Mondays, free standard shipping is available on orders over CA$19.00. On all other days, free standard shipping is available on orders over CA$39.00.
Q: Can I get free express shipping in Canada?
A: Yes! Free express shipping is available on orders over CA$129.00.

Q: What products are eligible for free shipping?
A: Free shipping applies to products shipped directly by SHEIN. Items from third-party sellers (Marketplace) may have different shipping thresholds.

Q: Are taxes included?

Q: How long does SHEIN delivery take?
A: The estimated delivery window is based on historical data, including information about when most orders were delivered.
In most cases, the package should be delivered within the estimated delivery window.

Q: How do I confirm delivery and claim my points?
A: Click the "Confirm Delivery" button within 6 months from the date of shipment to claim your points. After that period, the button will turn gray and can no longer be used to earn additional points.
Q: Can SHEIN ship to P.O. Boxes in Canada?
A: Standard shipping is available to P.O. Boxes. However, Express Shipping is NOT available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
