Review: Very cute cape shawl. The buttons connect the front and back layers of fabric. I'll probably cut them off because its too tight for my wrists to go through comfortably. There's also 2 pieces of white elastic by the arm holes. Not sure what they're for, but I plan to just take them off. They collar is a bit tight, which I expected since I'm plus size. I got a chain collar pin from Shein that I'll use to give me more room.
