Promoter

SHEIN DISTRIBUTION AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED. (also commercially known as SHEIN), with registered offices at Level 3, 627 Chapel Street, South Yarra, VIC 3141.

Who can enter?

Only residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older.

Who can't enter?

 1.Employees, officers, management or directors (and their immediate families and household members) of:
 2.the Promoter, or any of its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates; and
 3.the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion.

Promotional Period

From 00:01 AEST on 20 June, 2025 and final entries close at 23:59 AEST on 10 July, 2025.

Entry instructions

To enter, you must during the Promotional Period:

1.Follow @shein_au on Instagram.

2.Ensure that your privacy settings are set to public so the Promoter can access your entry.

3.Post your corresponding photo on Instagram with hashtag #SHEINMiniStyle.

4.Keep the Post for the duration of the competition in your feed.

Entries must not appear to promote any goods or services other than those of the Promoter.

How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?

There will be the following winners determined in respect of each of the two (2) distinct Mini Style CampaignPromotion.

1.1st Draw: ten (10)winners

2.2nd Draw: ten (10)winners

There will be two (2) draws conducted (Draw) corresponding to each of the two (2) distinct Mini StylePromotion.

The Draws will take place at 10.00 a.m. AEST on 27 June (1st Draw) and 11 July (2ndDraw) at Level 3, 627 Chapel Street, South Yarra, VIC 3141.

The first ten (10)valid entries drawn randomly from the entries received during the Promotion Period will each win a prize.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

What can I win?

There will be the following prizes available for each of the two (2) distinct Mini Style CampaignPromotion.

1.1st Draw: ten (10)prizes

Each prize consists of an AU$100 SHEIN electronic gift card redeemable at au.shein.com in the form of a gift card code (SHEIN Gift Card).

The SHEIN Gift Card shall expire three (3)years after the end of the Promotion Period.

Redemption of the SHEIN Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with the SHEIN Gift Card available at au.shein.com/gift-card-a-708.html.

There is a maximum of one (1)prize per person per household.

Total prize pool

The prize pool value for each of the two (2) distinct Mini Style Campaign Promotion is AU$1,000, and the total prize pool value is AU$2,000.

How many times can I enter?

You can only enter once for the entire Promotional Period.

For clarity, you will not receive additional entries if you post multiple comments or tag more friends than required under the "Entry Instructions" section above.

If you attempt to enter multiple times only your first valid entry will be accepted.

How and when will the winners be informed?

Winners will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram within three (3)business days of the Draw.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Unclaimed prizes

Prize Claim Date: 14 July, 2025 before 17:00 AEST.

Unclaimed prize determination (if applicable): 15 July, 2025 at 17:00 AEST.

If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the Prize Claim Date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact a winner or if a winner does not respond to the Promoter’s Direct Message in regards to claiming a prize by the Prize Claim Date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize(s) to the Reserve Entrant(s). Any such winners will be informed via Direct Message on Instagram. If for any reason a Reserve Entrant does not claim the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter may require, without any compensation.You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.

The Promoter collects your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors.The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to the Promoter's related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this Promotion, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand, the United States, the European Union, China and Singapore.

Entry is conditional on you providing your personal information. The Promoter's Privacy Policy located at au.shein.com/Privacy-Security-Policy-a-282.html) includes information about:

1.how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and
 2.how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the information outlined in the table above. Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Entry

1.No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to get the prize. A purchase will not increase your chances of getting the prize. Void where prohibited.
2.Your entry must be received during the Promotional Period. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering the Promotion. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple names/phone numbers/social media accounts/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified. You must have an Instagram account to enter. All entries are subject to Instagram’s terms of use. Entries will not be acknowledged. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person assigned to the email address associated with the social media account used for entry.
3.The Promoter may distribute your social media account username and copy and amend your entry and may use (or allow others to use) your entry and any rights in relation to your entry, to publicise this Promotion or for any other purpose. You consent to the Promoter using your name, likeness, image, post and/or voice in the event you are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. These rights are perpetual, royalty free, world-wide, irrevocable and transferable.

Prizes

4.Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute.
5.The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share the prize.
6.If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

General

7.Any failure by you to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability to the Promoter or the prize supplier(s).
8.If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entries (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
9.You must not:
a.tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process);
b.engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
c.act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
d.do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion;
e.breach any law; or
f.behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
10.The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
11.If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this Promotion is final.
12.Prizes (or any unused portion of a prize) cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
13.If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, pandemic, public health orders and the like, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
14.The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this Promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

Liability

15.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any consumer rights under any statute in the States and Territories of Australia, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
16.Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss or damage (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, personal injury, illness or death suffered in connection with this Promotion or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
17.Without limiting the previous paragraphs, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant), to the extent arising from circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
18.This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Instagram. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms,
