Please note refunds can take up to 14 business days to process however the exact timeframe is dictated by the merchant. If the refund amount places your account into credit, please contact our customer experience team below to arrange a refund to your bank account. Alternatively, you can choose to leave your account in credit and use the funds for your next purchase.
