الشتراك: بدخولك السحب على الجوائز، فإنك )1( توافق على اللتزام بهذه القواعد الرسُية، بُا في ذلك جُيع الُسائل الُتي تتعلق بالسحب. وتعتبر مواد/ بيانات القيد التي تم التلعب بها أو تبديلها باطلة. ول يتحُل الراعي متالبات الهلية و)2( توافق على اللتزام بقرارات حكام السحب على الجوائز، والتي تعتبر نهائية وملزمة في جُيع الُسئولية ما لم يكن ذلك نتيجة لنتهاك االتزامات الراعي أو بسبب احتياله أو الهُال الجسيم أو سوً السلوك الُتعُد عن: )1( بيانات القيد الُفقودة أو الُتأخرة أو الُوجهة بشكل خاطئ أو التالفة أو الُشوهة أو غير الكاملة أو غير الُقروًة، وتعتبر جُيعها باطلة؛ أو )2( الخاأ في العُليات أو في نقل مواد القيد أو الحذف أو العاال أو اللغاً أو القصور أو التأخير في أي منها، أو سرقتها أو تلفها أو الوصول غير الُصرح به إليها أو تغييرها؛ أو عن العاال الفنية أو الشبكية أو الُعدات الهاتفية أو اللكترونية أو الجهزة الُحُولة أو الكُبيوتر أو أعاال الجهزة أو البرامج فنية أو )3( أي إصابة أو ضرر يلحق بجهاز الكُبيوتر أو الجهاز الُحُول الخاص بالشخص الُشترك أو أي شخص من أي نوع، أو النقل غير الدقيق لُعلومات القيد أو الخفاق في تلقي معلومات القيد بواساة الراعي بسبب مشاكل آخر، فيُا يتعلق بالشتراك في السحب على الجوائز أو فيُا يترتب عليه. يحتفظ الراعي بالحق في: )1( استبعاد أي شخص بشكل دائم، من أي سحب على جوائز تحت رعايته، إذا ثبت له أنه انتهك هذه القواعد الرسُية عُدا؛ و )2( تعليق أو تعديل أو إنهاً السحب على الجوائز إذا تأكد الراعي، وفقا لتقديره الُنفرد، أن العال أو الخاأ أو التعايل أو الضرر يضعف أو سوف يضعف إدارة السحب على الجوائز أو المن أو النصاف أو النزاهة أو الجراً السليم للسحب الجوائز و/ أو نتيجة للقوانين التي تحكم هذه القواعد الرسُية. إذا تم إنهاً السحب على الجوائز قبل تاريخ النتهاً الُحدد، فسيقوم الراعي )إن أمكن( بتحديد الفائز من جُيع الُشاركات الُؤهلة وغير الُشبوهة التي لم تتأثر بالُشكلة.

حقوق الدعاية/ الستخدام: إلى الحد الذي تسُح به القوانين التي تحكم هذه القواعد الرسُية، بالشتراك في السحب على الجوائز، فإنك تقر وتوافق على أن الراعي )وأولئك الُفوضون من جانبه( يجوز له توزي اسم الُستخدم الخاص بك على إنستغرام، ويكون له حق غير حصري قابل للتفويض من الباطن وقابل للتنازل لنسخ تعليقك ونشره وتحريره وبثه واستخدامه باريقة أخرى كليا أو جزئيا، على أي نحو كان، في أي وسيط سواً كان موجودا الن أو يتم اكتشافه لحقا، في جُيع أنحاً العالم في غضون الفترة الزمنية القصوى التي يبيحها القانون الُعُول به، بُا في ذلك على سبيل الُثال ل الحصر، النشر عبر النترنت. يعتد أيضا بالشتراك في السحب على الجوائز أو استلم أي جائزة أو استخدامها على أنه موافقة الفائزين على استخدام الراعي أو من ينوبه لتعليقاتهم أو أسُائهم أو إعجاباتهم أو تعبيراتهم أو آرائهم أو تصريحاتهم أو معلومات عن سيرتهم الذاتية أو موطنهم ودولتهم لغراض ترويجية أو إعلنية في أي وسائل إعلمية حول العالم، الُعروفة حاليا أو التي تصاغ فيُا بعد باستُرار دون إجراً أي مراجعة او إخاار أو سداد أو نظر آخر )ما لم يحظر بالقانون(.

إبراء من المسؤولية: في الحدود التي تسُح بها القوانين الُنظُة لهذه القواعد الرسُية، باشتراكك في السحب على الجوائز، فأنت تبرئ الراعي وشركاته الم وشركاته الفرعية والتابعة وشركائه وموظفيه ومديريه ووكلئه ووكالت العلن وكافة الطراف الخرى الُرتباة بتاوير السحب على الجوائز وتنفيذه من الُسؤولية عن أية إصابات أو خسائر أو أضرار تقع أو يزعم ووقوعها بسبب اشتراكك في السحب على الجوائز أو بسبب قبول الجائزة أو منحها أو استلمها أو استخدامها أو إساًة استخدامها، كُا أنك توافق على أن تلك الكيانات غير مسؤولة عن أي إقرار أو تعهد أو ضُان صريح أو ضُني في حكم الواقع أو القانون فيُا يتعلق بالترويج لي جائزة أو منحها فيُا عدا ما ورد صراحة في هذه القواعد الرسُية. ول يوجد في هذه القواعد الرسُية ما يقيد أو يستثني مسؤولية الراعي عن حالت الحتيال أو الوفاة أو الصابات الشخصية التي تقع بسبب إهُاله أو عن الضرر الذي يقع مباشرة بسبب الهُال الجسيم أو سوً السلوك الُفتعل من الراعي. وفي الحدود التي تسُح بها القوانين الُنظُة لهذه القواعد الرسُية، فأنت أيضا توافق على ما يلي: )أ( تفض كافة النزاعات والُاالبات وأسباب الدعاوى التي تنشأ بسبب السحب على الجوائز أو ترتبط به أو بأي جائزة مُنوحة كل على حدة دون اللجوً إلى أي شكل من أشكال الدعاوى الجُاعية، )ب( وتقتصر أية ماالبات وأحكام قضائية أو تحكيُية على التكاليف الُباشرة الفعلية الُتكبدة، بُا في ذلك التكاليف الُصاحبة للقيد في السحب على الجوائز، وفي جُيع الحوال أتعاب الُحاماة، )ج( ول يجوز السُاح تحت أي ظرف لي مشارك أن يحصل على أي حكم تحكيُي فيُا يخص أية حقوق في الُاالبة بتعويضات تأديبية أو فرعية أو استتباعية وأية حقوق في الحصول على تعويضات مضاعفة أو غير ذلك مُا هو زائد وأية تعويضات أخرى، خلف التعويضات التي تخص النفقات الُباشرة الفعلية، ويتنازل بُوجب هذه القواعد عنها )د( وتخضع هذه القواعد الرسُية وكافة النزاعات لقوانين سنغافورا، دون اليلً إلى مبادئ تنازع القوانين، ويفض أي نزاع حصرا داخل أروقة محاكم سنغافورا، كُا أنك توافق صراحة على الختصاص القضائي لتلك الُحاكم وتتنازل عن أي اعتراض بشأنه.

إذا وجد أي نص من نصوص هذه القواعد الرسُية باطل او غير قانوني أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فلن يؤثر ذلك على صلحية النصوص الُتبقية من القواعد الرسُية هذه أو مشروعيتها أو قابلية تنفيذها بأي حال من الحوال.

إنستغرام: وباشتراكك، فأنت تبرئ إنستغرام وشركاته الم وشركاته الفرعية والتابعة وشركائه وموظفيه ومديريه ووكلئه ووكالت العلن من الُسؤولية عن أية إصابات أو خسائر أو أضرار تقع أو يزعم وقوعها بسبب اشتراكك في السحب على الجوائز أو بسبب قبول الجائزة أو منحها أو استلمها أو استخدامها أو إساًة استخدامها. والسحب على الجوائز في جميع الحوال غير ممول او معتمد من إنستغرام ول يديره أو غير مرتطط به.

All such requests must be received by 31 December, 2023.

If one or more provisions of these Official Rules shall be found invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Official Rules shall not be affected in any way thereby.
