1:Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Spotii transaction?
New users who have only provided email and mobile phone number are generally given a credit range of 600-1900 SAR/AED.
The general credit range for regular users with good credit history is 2000-4000 SAR/AED.
For clothing and fashion websites like SHEIN, users can generally purchase up to the upper limit of the credit range.
Customers can also choose to increase their credit range by adding bank accounts, uploading salary certificates, or linking LinkedIn accounts.
2:How do I make the payment?
Select Spotii at checkout and split your total purchase into four equal instalments.
Spotii installment plan:

3:Having trouble paying for your order with Spotii?
Spotii aims to service all our eligible customers at the lowest cost possible. As a result, Spotii has to perform assessments and fraud checks throughout the process.
In order to continue to deliver this service to you without charging additional fees, Spotii cannot approve 100% of all orders requested.
Spotii approval models take into account many different factors. If you are not approved, then there a few things to consider:
1.Do you meet all the eligibility criteria listed in Spotii's Terms and Conditions?
2.Do you have sufficient funds to pay the first 33% installment at the checkout?
3.How long have you been using Spotii?
a)If it is your first time, Spotii has to be extra cautious in order to prevent misuse
b)If you are a returning customer, your historical repayments and number of ongoing instalments are taken into account.
Increased use and on-time payments means your likelihood of approval remains high!
4.What is the overall value of your SHEIN order? If the order amount is too high, it might be going over your limit. Reducing this amount may help.
5.How many payment methods are linked to your account? The more valid payment methods you add to your account, the more Spotii understands your repayment capability.
4:How do installments work?
Installments by Spotii enable you to shop now and pay later in four equal instalments.
Spotii empowers you to select the repayment plan of your choosing, with equal installments paid either every two weeks or every month.
As always, there is no interest, no processing fees, and no hidden costs.
Just shop at SHEIN and choose "Spotii: Shop Now, Pay Later" as your payment method at checkout.
First-time shoppers will need to create an account with Spotii. Returning shoppers simply make their purchase. It's that easy!
After the purchase is complete, you can log into your Spotii account at any time to see your payment schedule or to make a payment before the due date.
To make things easy on you, Spotii will automatically process the upcoming payment from your linked debit/credit card either biweekly or monthly, based on the plan you select.
Nobody likes surprises when it comes to payments, so Spotii will send you email reminders before any instalment is collected to ensure you're always in the know.
Spotii has engineered algorithms that process a variety of inputs when deciding to approve an order. Some of these inputs include:
1.If there are sufficient funds on your credit/debit card
2.Length of time you have been using Spotii
3.Amount you have to repay. Normally, it may help to pay off some old balances (not a guarantee)
4.The value of the order you are trying to place. Normally, it may help to reduce the value of your shopping cart (not a guarantee)
5. Adding an additional valid credit card (not a guarantee)
6.The number of orders you currently have 'open' with Spotii

REPAYMENT
5:Can I pay before the due date?
Yes! You can pay any time before the due date at no additional cost. Prepaying improves your payment history with Spotii and could lead to higher spending limits.
6:Can I change the card used to make payment?
You can change a credit or debit card associated with an ongoing instalment by following the steps below:
Sign in to Spotii
Go to 'My Orders'
Click on the order for which you want to change the credit/debit card
Click on the arrow icon in the Autopay Section and change the card
7:How will I know when I need to pay?
Spotii will send you a friendly email reminder 24 hours before collecting any instalment. In addition, the email will contain an easy link to change the payment method if you need to do so.
8:The payment is due, but I haven't received my goods!
We understand that mistakes happen. If a delivery is taking longer than expected or if it arrives with something missing or damaged, please contact SHEIN Customer Service directly.
Spotii will not delay your payment. But once Spotii has been informed of any order changes, Spotii will update your balance accordingly.
9:Are there any late fees? What happens if I miss a payment?
As long as you pay off your order as scheduled, you won't pay any fees.
Spotii customers will receive a reminder email one day before the payment due date, so that the customer can make sure there is enough funds on the default card (the amount will be deducted from the default card).
If the user misses the payment on the due date, they will receive another reminder email. If the payment is completed within 24 hours, there will be no late fee and the user can continue to use Spotii.
If the customer does not settle the payment after 1-day race periodthe first late payment fee will be charged, and the customer's spotii accountll be suspendedthe late payment fees 25 SAR/AED.
If the customer did not complete the payment after the next payment due date is missed, another late payment fee of 50 SAR/AED is applied.
The total late fee is capped at 25% of the total order price or 50 SAR/AED whichever is lower
REFUND
10:What if I want to return my purchase?
The amount and type of return you can make will always be determined by the individual Refund Policy of SHEIN. If you want to return your purchase, please contact SHEIN Customer Service .
11: How can I get a refund?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund, please contact SHEIN Customer Service .
SHEIN has its own Refund Policy . Spotti will be able to let you know if a return is possible and any associated refund amount.
After SHEIN processes the refund, the refund amount will show up in your account within 7-10 business days and your balance with Spotii will be updated.
12: If installments have been refunded, how do I update the invoice for a refund to Spotii account?
In case the refund value is less than the amount due, Spotii will adjust your payment amount with the refund value and split it equally in the pending scheduled payments.
If refund value is more than the amount paid by the customer, Spotii will refund back to the original payment method the difference in refund value and amount due.
For an order amount of 100 SAR, 50 SAR is paid and 50 SAR is pending over 2 installments of 25 SAR each.
1.For refunds up to 50 AED, your payable will reduce by that much.
Example: for a refund of 25 SAR, you will pay 12.5 SAR each over next 2 installments
2.For a refund of 50 SAR, you will not pay anything more.
For a refund of 75 SAR, you will not pay anything more and we will also credit 25 SAR to original source.
In each case, the customer will receive an email mentioning the amount refunded from Spotii.
The new payable amounts will reflect in both the shopper's dashboard and shopper invoice available for download from the dashboard.
After SHEIN processes the refund, the refund amount will show up in your account within 7-10 business days and your balance with Spotii will be updated.
