OFFICIAL RULES

1.Program Details

1.1.Your participation in this “Purchase to Get $$ Back in Coupons” Program (“Program”) is subject to these rules and to our Terms and Conditions on SHEIN APP or at https://ar.shein.com/Terms-and-Conditions-a-399.html

1.2.The program begins on January 15th, 2026 at 00:00:01 A.M. AST，and ends on 31st, December, 2026 at 23:59:59 P.M. AST("Promotion Period"). This promotional program is not permanent and only applies to the territory of United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait (the “Territory” or “Territories”).

1.3.The users who have a valid SHEIN User Account and log in through the SHEIN App are eligible to participate in the Program.You must be logged into your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App to be able to participate in the Program. If you have not yet downloaded the SHEIN App or created a SHEIN User Account, you may download the App for free and create a free SHEIN User Account.

1.4.There must be a purchasing of product(s) from the List of Products added to the shopping cart and check-out to be able to participate in the Program, as described below.

2.How The Program Works

2.1.After logging onto your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App, you may enter the Program through the Program pop-up window, and you will be directed to the Program page, where there will be a curated list of products (the “List of Products”) available.

2.2.You will need to select at least one (1) product (the “Product”) from the List of Products and add it to your shopping cart, and then proceed to checkout (“Program Order”). Once you successfully check out and pay for your order, you will receive coupons can be used on SHEIN AR Site at https://ar.shein.com/ or SHEIN App within the Territories abovementioned.

2.3.The Program will be held monthly (the “Monthly Round”) during the Promotion Period, and each Round will contain a certain pieces and amounts of coupons (the “Coupons”) as rewards (the “Reward(s)”) .The Reward(s) details for each Monthly Round will be announced and displayed on the Program Page.

2.4.Every eligible SHEIN users who places his/her Program Order will receive same Reward displayed on the Program page. There will be no chance or possibility involved.

Please be aware that the use of these coupons is subject to the Coupon Policy and the specific coupon rules as established in this Program Rules.

2.5.The Coupons will be issued within 24 hours after you have successfully checked-out and paid for your order. The Coupon will be placed in your SHEIN User Account and will be viewable in the “My Coupons” section under “My Assets” in your SHEIN User Account.

2.6. The Coupons will expire within 3 days after it has been issued and placed in your SHEIN User Account (“Validity Period”). Please check your User Account and take note of the Coupon’s expiration date. The Coupons can only be used to buy Products sold by SHEIN.

2.7.PLEASE NOTE: You can use any one of the Coupons during the Validity Period, you don’t need to use all the Coupons. The Coupons not used during the Validity Period will expire and will not longer be available for use.

2.8.Coupons are void where prohibited or may be subject to restrictions. Coupons are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

2.9.Returns and refunds conditions

a.Please note that the nature of this Program implies restrictions in returns of the products. This promotion allows you to get Coupons for purchasing products; if you return some of all of your purchased product(s), your Coupons may be cancelled automatically from your “My Assets” section and you will not be able to use them. We recommend you visit our Return Policy to check the return and refund conditions before participating in the Program.

b.If you have any query regarding the refund of items purchased through this Program, please contact our Customer Service.

c.Notwithstanding the above, your statutory rights will not be affected.

3.Violation and Penalties

3.1.The Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit you, at its sole discretion, from participating in the Program, claiming the Reward(s) and/or using SHEIN’s Services if:

a.you violate of any of these Rules and/or any of the agreements related to SHEIN’s Services, including but not limited to using any software or any other conduct designed to obtain improper benefit under the Program.

b.you have created multiple User Accounts and/or fake User Accounts, as may be identified through network operation logs, transaction order information, payment information and other information related to the user's identity and behaviors.

c.you have engaged in cheating behavior (including but not limited to attacking the system, obtaining improper benefits, illegally using modified software, clone, jailbreak, root, etc.);

4.Participation Rules

By entering the Program, you agree to be bound by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements. No responsibility is assumed by the SHEIN for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by SHEIN on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Program.

SHEIN reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Program if SHEIN believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Program. In such cases, if the Program is terminated before the designated end date of the Program Period, SHEIN will (if possible) select winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem

5.General

5.1.By participating in the Program, you release SHEIN and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Program from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Program and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Reward(s), and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Program and/or the awarding of any Rewards except as expressly provided in these Official Rules.

5.2.You further agree that:

(a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program, or any Rewards awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action;

(b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Program, but in no event attorney’s fees;

(c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses

5.3.Where legally permitted, all taxes applicable to any benefits provided by SHEIN under this Program will be your responsibility and SHEIN shall not pay any amounts for any tax obligations if SHEIN is required to withhold any tax obligations and file with the relevant tax authority, then you will be required to complete and submit a the appropriate tax form to SHEIN. Void when prohibited.

5.4.These Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arabic Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in court of Dubai, United Arab Emirates and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto.

5.5.The Program, and your participation in the Program, are subject to SHEIN’s Privacy Policy.

5.6.Reference to “SHEIN” shall be understood as the seller on SHEIN CA APP or at https://ar.shein.com, according to the Terms and Conditions, XIYIN E COMMERCE FZE.
