Employees, officers, or directors of the Sponsor, or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Game (collectively, the “Game Entities”), as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate. GAME PERIOD: The Game begins on 26th,December,2024 at 12:00:01 a.m. Arabia Standard Time ("AST"), and ends on 24th,January,2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. AST (the “Game Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Game.

HOW TO START THE GAME: To play the Game, a user of a SHEIN® User Account (the “Player”) must open the SHEIN App and log into the Player’s SHEIN User Account. If the Player does not have a SHEIN User Account, the Player can create one for free. How to Play: You can start a Game Round in one of two ways:

When you start a Game Round, you need to first flip the card to reveal the reward (“Reward”) that you will be playing for, which will be the designated amount in SHEIN Wallet Credits. Throughout the Game Round, you will need to collect virtual shells (“Virtual Shells”), and when the total amount of your Virtual Shells equals the amount of the Reward (the “Target Amount”), you will be able to redeem the Reward. For example, if the Reward is a 5EUR Wallet Credits, you will need to collect 5000 Virtual Shells to reach the Target Amount and to be able to redeem the Reward. You can collect Virtual Shells by checking in daily. Once you have reached the Target Amount, you can then click "Transfer to Wallet" to convert your collective Target Amount into the equivalent SHEIN Wallet Credits/Reward(s).

VIOLATION PENALTY: Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit you from participating in the Game and/or from using SHEIN’s Services or permanently disqualify from any other game it sponsors, if it finds, at its sole discretion, that you have exhibited any of the following behaviours in the Game:

PARTICIPATION： By entering the Game, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Game judges which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Game. Game entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomprehensible, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or unauthorized access of/alterations of entry materials or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to, or resulting from participating in the Game. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify, from any Game it sponsors, any person it believes to have intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Game if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Game. If the Game is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem that prompted Game termination.

Publicity/USAGE Rights: Participation in the Game and/or receipt or use of any prize further constitutes the winners’ consent for use of his/her photo, name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further review, notification, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).

Change of terms: The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, alter, or update the Rules of the Game at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice to Players. By continuing to access or play the Game, Players acknowledge and agree to be bound by any such changes. If any provision of these Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. If it becomes impossible to operate the Game in the event of such deletion, the Game shall be deemed to be terminated and any Rewards (including, if applicable, the Final Reward) earned thereunder shall be forfeited.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Game, you release the Sponsor and the Game Entities and its employees from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Game and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Rewards, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these Rules.

You further agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Game, or any Rewards awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Game, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any Player be permitted to obtain any Reward for, and Player hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. 

PERSONAL DATA: The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Game. Any information you submit by playing the Game is subject SHEIN’s privacy policy located at https://ar.shein.com/Privacy-Security-Policy-a-282.html or SHEIN App Privacy &Cookie Policy section.

TAXES: Where legally permitted, all taxes applicable to any benefits provided by Sponsor as a Reward will be your responsibility and Sponsor shall not pay any amounts for any tax obligations. If Sponsor is required to withhold any tax obligations and file with the relevant tax authority, reflecting the Rewards paid by Sponsor to you, then you will be required to complete and submit the appropriate tax form to Sponsor. Void when prohibited.

WINNER LIST: If you are a winner of the Game and if legally required by the applicable law, we may make your name and county available to third parties upon their request in line with our obligation to publish such information under the applicable law. You have the right to object to us making such information available as indicated in our Privacy Policy.
