PRIZE DRAWPERIOD:The Prize Drawbegins on 14/4/2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Arabia Standard Time ("AST"),and ends on 20/4/2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. AST (the“PrizeDraw Period”).The Sponsor’sdatabase computer is the official time-keeping device for the Prize Draw.
HOW TO ENTER:During the Prize Draw Period, log in toInstagram and (1) follow @shein_ar, (2) comment to the Prize Draw post (“Comment”)and tag 3 of your friends in your Comment, and (3)take a screenshot of the Prize Draw postand share it to your feed and include the hashtags #SHEINTrends and #SHEINContest (“Post”). Your Post must include both hashtags #SHEINTrends and #SHEINContest.
Limit one (1) entry per person/Instagram account,regardless of number of Comments or friends tagged. Any attempt to obtain morethan the stated number of entries via multiplenames, email addresses, Instagram accounts, or any other means, may result indisqualification from this and any other promotional offerings from Sponsor. Youmust have an Instagram account to participate, and your account must be public.Accounts are free. Useof any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries isprohibited and may result in disqualification. Proof of submission is not proofof receipt. DRAWING AND WINNERNOTIFICATION:Random drawing from among all eligible entriesreceived during the Prize Draw Period will be conducted on or about 21/4/2025,to select 5 potential winners. Potential winners will be notified via InstagramDirect Message on or about 24/4/2025.No liability is assumed for any winnernotification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winnerfor any reason.If a potential winner isfound to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these OfficialRules, fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, ordeclines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified,and an alternate winner may be selected. Additionally, if a potential winnerdoes not respond within two (2) days after the first notification attempt, ifthe prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable tosuch potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified and analternate winner may be selected.Upondisqualification and/or prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternativeor prize substitution will be allowed, except as described in the next sentence.A substitute prize of comparable or greater value may be awarded if the prizelisted becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control. Each winner isresponsible for all taxes and for any other fees or costs associated withacceptance or use of any prize. PARTICIPATION:By entering the PrizeDraw, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including alleligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the PrizeDraw judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the PrizeDraw. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Noresponsibility is assumed, unless due to a breach of Sponsor’s obligations ordue to Sponsor’s fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, for: (i) lost,late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all ofwhich are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay inoperations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to oralterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment,electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of anykind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information bySponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage toentrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to orresulting from participating in the Prize Draw. Sponsor reserves the right to:(i) permanently disqualify from any Prize Draw it sponsors any person itbelieves has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend,modify or terminate the Prize Draw if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion,that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair theadministration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the PrizeDraw and/or as a result of the laws governing these Official Rules . If the PrizeDraw is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible)select winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by theproblem.
Publicity/USAGE Rights:To the extent permitted by the lawsgoverning these Official Rules, byparticipating in the Prize Draw, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor (andthose acting with its authorization) may distribute your Instagram handle and havethe non-exclusive, sub-licensable, and assignable right to copy, reproduce,edit, broadcast and otherwise use your Comment in whole or in part, in any way,in any medium whether now existing or later discovered, worldwide, during themaximum period of time permitted by the applicable law, including but notlimited to posting online. Participationin the Prize Draw and/or receipt or use of any prize further constitutes thewinners’ consent for use of his/her Comment, name, likeness, voice, opinions,statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotionalor advertising purposes, by Sponsor and/or on behalf of Sponsor, in any media,worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without furtherreview, notification, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).
Release OF LIABILITY:To the extent allowed by the laws governing these Official Rules, byparticipating in the Prize Draw, you release Sponsor and its parent companies,subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents,advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development andexecution of this Prize Draw from and against any and all injury, loss ordamage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Prize Drawand/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, andyou agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty,representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relatingto the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly providedin these Official Rules. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes the liability of theSponsor for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence ofthe Sponsor or for damage directly caused by gross negligence or wilfulmisconduct of Sponsor.To the extent permitted by the laws governing these Official Rules, youfurther agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of actionarising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw, or any prizes awarded,shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b)any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costsincurred, including costs associated with entering the Prize Draw, but in noevent attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permittedto obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim,punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to havedamages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other thandamages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and alldisputes shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard toprinciples of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively inthe courts in Singapore, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of saidcourts and waive any objection thereto.
