ELIGIBILITY:The #SHEINSummerBloomPrize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) isopen to those who are 21 years of age or older.Employees, officers, or directors of the Sponsor,or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising orpromotion agencies involved in this Prize Draw (collectively, the “Prize Draw Entities”), as well as theimmediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible toparticipate. Void where prohibited.
PRIZE DRAW PERIOD:The Prize Draw begins on 18/4/2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Arabia Standard Time("AST") and ends on 24/4/2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. AST (the“Prize Draw Period”).TheSponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the PrizeDraw.
HOW TO ENTER:During thePrize Draw Period, log in to Snapchat and (1) follow @SHEIN_AR, and (2) Post aspotlight using the #SHEINSummerBloom lens, include the hashtags #SHEINSummerBloom and #SHEINContest, and tag @SHEIN_AR (“Post”).Your Post must include bothhashtags #SHEINSummerBloom and #SHEINContest.
Limit one (1) entry perperson/Snapchat account, regardless of number of Comments or friends tagged. Anyattempt to obtain more than the stated number of entriesvia multiple names,email addresses, Snapchat accounts, or any other means, may result indisqualification from this and any other promotional offerings from Sponsor. Youmust have a Snapchat account to participate, and your account must be public.Accounts are free. All entries are subject to Snap Inc.’s terms of service locatedat https://www.snap.com/terms. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automatedmeans to submit entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Proofof submission is not proof of receipt. Entries will not be acknowledged orreturned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry willbe deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email addressassociated with the social media account used to post the entry. “Authorizedaccount holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an emailaddress or other similar account associated with the relevant social mediaaccount.
DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION:Random drawing fromamong all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period will beconducted on or about 25/4/2025, to select 30 potential winners. Potentialwinners will be notified via Snap Inc. Direct Message on or about 25/4/2025.No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost,intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason.If a potential winner is found to beineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules, failsto comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, or declines aprize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified,and an alternate winner may be selected. Additionally, if a potential winnerdoes not respond within two (2) days after the first notification attempt, ifthe prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable tosuch potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified and analternate winner may be selected.Upondisqualification and/or prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Potentialwinner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a LiabilityRelease, and a Publicity Release (“Prize Claim Documents”). If any potentialwinner is a minor under the laws of his/her state of residence, at Sponsor’soption, the applicable prize either may be awarded in the name of parent orlegal guardian of winner, or parent or legal guardian of winner may be requiredto ratify and sign all required documents.
PRIZE AND ODDS:30 prizes are available. There are (10) First Prizes each consisting of one(1) $500 SHEIN electronic gift card and one (1) admission ticket to the 2025SHEIN Fashion Show (the “Event”), which is currently scheduled to take place onMay 1, 2025 at Mandarin Ballroom, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Hotel, Dubai. This prizedoes not include travel expenses, and winners are responsible for the cost oftravelling to and from the Event. There are (20) Second Prizes each consistingof one (1) $100 SHEIN electronic gift card. Gift card prizes will be deliveredon or about 25/4/2025 via Snapchat Direct Message in the form of a gift cardcode usable at https://ar.shein.com/.Theadmission tickets will be delivered in the form of an electronic invitation toyour SnapChat Direct Message.[AB1]Odds of winning dependon the number of eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable, and nocash alternative or prize substitution will be allowed, except as described inthe next sentence. A substitute prize of comparable or greater value may be awardedif the prize listed becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control. Eachwinner is responsible for all taxes and for any other fees or costs associatedwith acceptance or use of any prize. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.Unless otherwise provided under the laws governing these Official Rules, or expresslystated in writing in connection with the distribution of the prize, all prizesare awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied(including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability orfitness for a particular purpose).
PARTICIPATION:By entering the PrizeDraw, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including alleligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the PrizeDraw judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the PrizeDraw. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Noresponsibility is assumed, unless due to a breach of Sponsor’s obligations ordue to Sponsor’s fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, for: (i) lost,late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all ofwhich are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay inoperations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to oralterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment,electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of anykind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information bySponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage toentrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to orresulting from participating in the Prize Draw. Sponsor reserves the right to:(i) permanently disqualify from any Prize Draw it sponsors any person itbelieves has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend,modify or terminate the Prize Draw if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion,that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair theadministration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the PrizeDraw and/or as a result of the laws governing these Official Rules . If the PrizeDraw is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible)select winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by theproblem.
Publicity/USAGE Rights:To the extent permitted by the laws governing theseOfficial Rules, by participatingin the Prize Draw, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor (and those actingwith its authorization) may distribute your Snapchat handle and have the non-exclusive,sub-licensable, and assignable right to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast andotherwise use your Comment in whole or in part, in any way, in any mediumwhether now existing or later discovered, worldwide, during the maximum periodof time permitted by the applicable law, including but not limited to postingonline. Participation in the Prize Drawand/or receipt or use of any prize further constitutes the winners’ consent foruse of his/her Comment, name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements,biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional oradvertising purposes, by Sponsor and/or on behalf of Sponsor, in any media,worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without furtherreview, notification, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).
Release OF LIABILITY:To the extent allowed by the laws governingthese Official Rules, by participating in the Prize Draw, you release Sponsorand its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees,directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associatedwith the development and execution of this Prize Draw from and against any andall injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participationin the Prize Draw and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuseof the prize, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for anywarranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or inlaw, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize except asexpressly provided in these Official Rules. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes the liability of theSponsor for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence ofthe Sponsor or for damage directly caused by gross negligence or wilfulmisconduct of Sponsor.To the extentpermitted by the laws governing these Official Rules, you further agree that:(a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or inconnection with the Prize Draw, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolvedindividually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims,judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred,including costs associated with entering the Prize Draw, but in no eventattorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted toobtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive,incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damagesmultiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages foractual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputesshall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to principles ofconflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts in Singapore,and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive anyobjection thereto.

WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES:For a list of winners, availableapproximately two weeks after the end of the Prize Draw Period, send a writtenrequest to the Sponsor, via electronic mail to [email protected], with “#SHEINSummerBloom”in the subject line. All such requests must be received by 30/6/2025.
If one or more provisions of these Official Rules shall be found invalid,illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of theremaining provisions of these Official Rules shall not be affected in any waythereby.
