PRIZEDRAW PERIOD:The Prize Draw begins on 3/2/2025 at 12:00:01a.m. Arabia Standard Time ("AST"), and ends on 9/2/2025 at 11:59:59p.m. AST (the“Prize Draw Period”).The Sponsor’s database computer is theofficial time-keeping device for the Prize Draw.
HOWTO ENTER:During the Prize Draw Period, log in toInstagram and (1) follow @shein_ar, (2) search #SHEINbetterliving in the SHEINAPP and comment to the Prize Draw post the ID of your favorite items(“Comment”), and tag 3 of your friends and include the hashtags #SHEINbetterlivingand #SHEINContest in your Comment. Your Comment must include both hashtags #SHEINbetterliving and #SHEINContest.
Limit one (1) entry per person/Instagramaccount, regardless of number of Comments or friends tagged. Any attempt toobtain more than the stated number of entriesviamultiple names, email addresses, Instagram accounts, or any other means, mayresult in disqualification from this and any other promotional offerings fromSponsor. You must have an Instagram account to participate, and your accountmust be public. Accounts are free. All entries are subject to Instagram’s termsof use located at Terms of Use |Instagram Help Center (facebook.com). Use of any macro, bot, script or other automatedmeans to submit entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Proofof submission is not proof of receipt. DRAWINGAND WINNER NOTIFICATION:Randomdrawing from among all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Periodwill be conducted on or about 10/2/2025, to select 10 potential winners.Potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message on or about 12/2/2025. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost,intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason.If a potential winner is found to beineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules, failsto comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, or declines aprize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified,and an alternate winner may be selected. Additionally, if a potential winnerdoes not respond within two (2) days after the first notification attempt, ifthe prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable tosuch potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified and analternate winner may be selected.Upondisqualification and/or prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Potentialwinner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a LiabilityRelease, and a Publicity Release (“Prize Claim Documents”). Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternativeor prize substitution will be allowed, except as described in the next sentence.A substitute prize of comparable or greater value may be awarded if the prizelisted becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control. Each winner isresponsible for all taxes and for any other fees or costs associated withacceptance or use of any prize. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.Unless otherwise provided under the laws governing these Official Rules, or expresslystated in writing in connection with the distribution of the prize, all prizesare awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied(including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability orfitness for a particular purpose).
PARTICIPATION:By entering the Prize Draw, you (i) agree to be boundby these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agreeto be bound by the decisions of the Prize Draw judges, which are final andbinding in all matters relating to the Prize Draw. Entry materials/data thathave been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed,unless due to a breach of Sponsor’s obligations or due to Sponsor’s fraud, grossnegligence or willful misconduct, for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged,garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error,omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission,theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entrymaterials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobiledevice, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccuratetransmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on accountof technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any otherperson's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participatingin the Prize Draw. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualifyfrom any Prize Draw it sponsors any person it believes has intentionallyviolated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the PrizeDraw if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error,disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security,fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Prize Draw and/or as a result of thelaws governing these Official Rules . If the Prize Draw is terminated beforethe designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner from alleligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem.
Publicity/USAGE Rights:To the extent permitted by the laws governing these Official Rules, by participating in the Prize Draw, youacknowledge and agree that Sponsor (and those acting with its authorization) maydistribute your Instagram handle and have the non-exclusive, sub-licensable,and assignable right to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast and otherwise use yourComment in whole or in part, in any way, in any medium whether now existing orlater discovered, worldwide, during the maximum period of time permitted by theapplicable law, including but not limited to posting online. Participation in the Prize Draw and/or receiptor use of any prize further constitutes the winners’ consent for use of his/herComment, name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information,and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes, by Sponsorand/or on behalf of Sponsor, in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafterdeveloped, in perpetuity, without further review, notification, payment, orconsideration (unless prohibited by law).
Release OF LIABILITY:To the extentallowed by the laws governing these Official Rules, by participating in the PrizeDraw, you release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates,partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, andall others associated with the development and execution of this Prize Drawfrom and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to becaused by your participation in the Prize Draw and/or the acceptance, awarding,receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities arenot responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed orimplied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding ofany prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes the liability of theSponsor for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence ofthe Sponsor or for damage directly caused by gross negligence or wilfulmisconduct of Sponsor.To the extent permitted by the laws governingthese Official Rules, you further agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims,and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw, orany prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any formof class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited toactual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with enteringthe Prize Draw, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstanceswill any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant herebywaives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages andany and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and anyother damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d)these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of Singapore,without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall beresolved exclusively in the courts in Singapore, and you expressly consent tothe jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto.

If one or moreprovisions of these Official Rules shall be found invalid, illegal orunenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remainingprovisions of these Official Rules shall not be affected in any way thereby.
