Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is a new payment option provided by SHEIN for our customers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Jordan, where customers can pay in cash upon delivery of the parcel. For a better shopping experience, please read the following instructions carefully:

1. Placing An Order

The order amount (the retail price) is limited to AED.75.00~AED.1800.00 for customers in United Arab Emirates，S.R.75.00~SR.1875.00 for customers in Saudi Arabia,Kuwait, Oman,Bahrain and Qatar，and $0~$250 for customers in Jordan. Please ensure that you have filled in correct shipping address and cellphone number. It is important that this information is correct as it will be used for message verification and delivery contact. A spare mobile phone number may be used in the delivery process of your package. However, for message verification, please provide only one phone number.

2. Message Verification

The order will not be completed before the message verification is completed. Please visit SHEIN user center regularly to view order updates.

3. Order Modification/Cancellation

After a COD order is placed, customers may cancel it after ten minutes and up to six hours after the order has been placed. We provide this window of time so that if customers wish to add or remove a product before shipment, they may do so.

Please note: if the system says"Failure to cancel the order", this indicates that the order is already packed and will be dispatched soon. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

4. Order Processing

It normally takes 2-5 bussiness days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include hoildays and weekends. If an item is not available, customers may choose another product of equal price for replacement.

If we have not received the replacement request within 48 hours, unavailable items will be canceled automatically.

5. Shipment

SHEIN orders will be transported by different logistics providers, please refer to the detailed time limit Shipping Info . Special cases causing delay may occur. We will do our best to ship and deliver your order as soon as possible.

6. Cash on Delivery

Customers must pay the courier for the order upon arrival. Please prepare cash in advance and keep your phone available for a smooth transaction. According to local policies and regulations,for Saudi Arabia COD service, currently only supports POS payment by card. If you have frequent past order cancellations and delivery refusals, COD might not be available. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Additionally, there is a $3 COD service fee for United Arab Emirates, a $6 COD service fee for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain，and a $8 COD service fee for Jordan. Please confirm the amount when placing the order.

NOTE: Please note that we offer the online payment discount only to orders which meet the same COD amount and location of supported cities.

7. After-Sales Service

After confirming the delivery of the order, please submit a ticket in your SHEIN account if you have any questions regarding the order. Contacting our Customer Service Team through our ticket system ensures the most efficient method of communication. We will then get back to you asap.

Note: Now we can accept COD exchange one item for another one only after they're signed for.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. The Method of Refund is based on your payment method. Please look for the policies and terms below:

For payments made with a credit card:

We will issue the refund amount to your credit card or SHEIN wallet based on your requirements.

Please note, it takes 24 hours for the refund to be back to your SHEIN wallet or 2-14 business days to be back to your card. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

For payments made with PayPal:

We will issue the refund amount to your PayPal account or SHEIN wallet based on your requirements.

Please note, it takes 24 hours for the refund to be back to your SHEIN wallet or 1-5 business days to be back to PayPal. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

For payments made with Cash on Delivery(COD):

If your order is paid by COD, the refund amount will be returned to SHEIN wallet and you can use it together with coupon code and points on your next purchase.

Please note that the balance is unable to withdraw.
