After confirming the delivery of the order, please submit a ticket in your SHEIN account if you have any questions regarding the order. Contacting our Customer Service Team through our ticket system ensures the most efficient method of communication. We will then get back to you asap.
Note: Now we can accept COD exchange one item for another one only after they're signed for.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. The Method of Refund is based on your payment method. Please look for the policies and terms below:
For payments made with a credit card:
We will issue the refund amount to your credit card or SHEIN wallet based on your requirements.
Please note, it takes 24 hours for the refund to be back to your SHEIN wallet or 2-14 business days to be back to your card. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
For payments made with PayPal:
We will issue the refund amount to your PayPal account or SHEIN wallet based on your requirements.
Please note, it takes 24 hours for the refund to be back to your SHEIN wallet or 1-5 business days to be back to PayPal. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
For payments made with Cash on Delivery(COD):
If your order is paid by COD, the refund amount will be returned to SHEIN wallet and you can use it together with coupon code and points on your next purchase.
Please note that the balance is unable to withdraw.
