1. MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION
1.1 Conditions
SHEIN CLUB Membership is only available to those individuals who have a registered SHEIN User Account in good standing. You can check whether you meet the requirements to subscribe to SHEIN CLUB Membership through the member-only page at
here . Before you successfully subscribe to SHEIN CLUB Membership (including renewals and re-subscription), you must:
① have a registered SHEIN User Account; and.
② apply for SHEIN CLUB Membership and pay the required fee for such Membership.
1.2 Membership Program Acceptance
The SHEIN CLUB Membership program is administered by XIYIN E COMMERCE FZE, No. LB 182101, Jafza View 18, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By clicking the button "confirm your payment” you submit an offer to subscribe to SHEIN CLUB Membership. Once we accept your offer, you will join the Membership program. SHEIN reserves the right to cancel your SHIEN CLUB Membership if it determines that you have violated any of these Terms or the
Terms of Use . Any fraudulent activity or attempted manipulation or abuse of the SHEIN CLUB Membership program will result in termination of Membership and/or User Account deletion without any other notice. Upon termination of Membership, all unused coupons and unredeemed rewards associated with that Membership will be forfeited.
Please note that if you delete your SHEIN User Account, your SHEIN CLUB Membership and all corresponding benefits will be automatically terminated upon deletion of your SHEIN User Account, and you will not be able to unsubscribe from SHEIN CLUB Membership and/or receive any refund to which you may have been entitled under section 4.2 below. If you plan to delete your SHEIN User Account, please contact
Customer Service first to apply for cancellation of your SHEIN CLUB Membership, and receive confirmation of your SHEIN CLUB Membership cancellation, before deleting your SHEIN User Account.
2. SHEIN CLUB BENEFITS
The benefits of SHEIN CLUB Membership are only available for orders from counties such as Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The State of Kuwait, State of Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, The Kingdom of Bahrain, and The United Arab Emirates placed on the SHEIN website:
ar.shein.com and/or SHEIN's mobile application available on Android or iOS systems. SHEIN CLUB membership benefits vary by plan. The benefits you receive depend on the plan you choose.
● Extra 5% OFF
SHEIN CLUB Membership offers you an exclusive 5% discount (“Extra 5% OFF”) applicable to non-sale items on the Site and the App (certain exclusions may apply). This Extra 5% OFF may be used in conjunction with coupons that may be available to you. The products with the Extra 5% OFF will bear an exclusive discounted price logo. The Extra 5% OFF applies to select items currently in stock and excludes flash sale products and other targeted discounts. Therefore, a product covered by the Extra 5% OFF will no longer be covered by the Extra 5% OFF if such product goes on flash sale. The Exclusive 5% Discount does not apply to products from third-party sellers, virtual products (such as gift cards), taxes/shipping fees generated by the order, or other additional charges.
Note: The cumulative discount amount of the Extra 5% OFF shall not exceed SAR 7,500 every 31 days.
● SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons
After becoming a member of SHEIN CLUB, you will receive SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons periodically as specified below. The SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons can be used towards specified shipping costs on orders of physical products you place on SHEIN.
There are two types of SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons: first type can be redeemed for free shipping, and second type can be redeemed for a discount on specified shipping costs, associated with an order of physical products on SHEIN. For the first type, only one SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupon may be used on each order. For the second type, multiple coupons can be used per order until the shipping fee is reduced to 0, excluding change. SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons must be used at the same time that an order is placed and cannot be redeemed towards shipping costs of a previous order. The SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons can be used along with other promotional coupons or discounts. However, the SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons may not be used along other “free shipping” coupons. When the actual amount to be paid for an order does not meet the threshold of the regular free shipping promotion, the system will automatically use the SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupon to offset all or part of the specified shipping costs incurred for the order. When the actual amount to be paid for an order meets the threshold of the regular free shipping promotion, the system will use the free shipping promotion and will not apply your SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupon to the order. The SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons can only be used towards the purchase of products on SHEIN and cannot be redeemed towards shipping costs of any return items.
The specific applicable conditions of your SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupon can be viewed on the SHEIN CLUB Membership benefits page and on the “My Coupons” section (under “My Assets”) of your SHEIN User Account. We will also send you relevant benefits information and usage restrictions by email, APP PUSH, etc.
SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons will be issued to SHEIN CLUB Members every 31 days and will have an expiration date as specified thereon. Please note the expiration date on your SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupon and use it before the expiration date. Once a SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupon has expired, the Coupon cannot be redeemed or otherwise used. Other restrictions can be viewed on
"My Coupons" section of “My Assets” in your SHEIN User Account.
● SHEIN CLUB Free Gifts
As a member of SHEIN CLUB, you'll regularly receive opportunities to claim free gifts. Members can select desired Free Gifts from the Member-only page, provided they are within their membership period and the validity period of the gift quota. Free Gifts cannot be purchased separately and must be ordered and shipped with physical orders. Additionally, Free Gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you cancel an entire order that includes Free Gifts, the corresponding Free Gifts will also be canceled.
The number of Free Gifts a member can pick within a fixed period is limited. Generally, Free Gift quotas are released every 31 days to SHEIN CLUB members (special cases excluded). Members must pick their Free Gifts and complete the order payment before the next quota is released. Once a quota expires, it cannot be used. Specific details about Free Gift benefits are displayed on the Member-only page.
Please note that SHEIN CLUB Free Gift benefits are only available for certain membership plans. If your chosen membership plan does not include Free Gift benefits, you will not be eligible for Free Gifts as a paid member.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide you with outstanding service. SHEIN CLUB Members can enjoy a smooth, hassle-free experience with CLUB Support during your Membership.
● More Discounts and Additional Benefits
In addition to the above benefits, Members may receive various other discounts, the details of which we will post on our website from time to time. These additional discounts will only apply to your current Membership period.
SHEIN may at its sole discretion offer additional benefits for SHEIN CLUB Memberships. Any additional benefits under the Membership will take effect on the date specified in the announcement of such additional benefit. If you are already a SHEIN CLUB Member, you will be entitled to these additional benefits, if any, during the remaining period of your Membership. We will continue to improve the quality of our services to cope with special circumstances, such as network fluctuations / unstable situations where you cannot enjoy SHEIN CLUB Membership rights, etc., you can contact us at any time, we will be happy to serve you and provide appropriate protection solutions to ensure that your benefits can be enjoyed properly, thank you for your understanding!
3. MEMBERSHIP FEE
3.1 SHEIN CLUB 14-day Free Trial
Starting from 5/10/23, we are providing a FREE trial membership to SHEIN CLUB for select members. To sign up for the FREE trial, you must have a registered SHEIN User Account in good standing and be a SHEIN VIP S3 level or above. You have not been a SHEIN Club member on this device in the past 365 days.

-Select SHEIN CLUB FREE trial membership and join today!
-Follow the on-screen instructions when prompted.
Note about the SHEIN CLUB 14-day Free Trial:
-No additional fees. No auto-renew.
-The range of users who can sign up for a FREE trial may be narrowed or expanded, and the details are subject to the descriptions on the official website.
-If you upgrade before the FREE trial expires, you will immediately get effective paid membership and benefits, and previously issued shipping coupons will be retained.
-To unsubscribe from the SHEIN CLUB Free Trial membership, please contact
Customer Service . The corresponding benefits will expire immediately after you're successfully unsubscribed.
3.2 Calculation of Membership Fee
The fee for subscription to SHEIN CLUB Membership is the price displayed on the Site or the App during your SHEIN CLUB Membership registration process.
SHEIN may at its sole discretion revise the Membership pricing plans and/or fees and may also offer discounts for Membership fees from time to time. If you are already a SHEIN CLUB Member, your subscription price will not be affected by such revision, and in addition, you will not be entitled to a refund of price paid if the subscription price is reduced or discounted after you have become a Member. However, if your Membership period expires, and you would like to renew, you will need to renew under the then-effective Membership pricing plan and fee.
3.3 Methods to Purchase and Renew Membership
You have to log into your User Account, and you can purchase a SHEIN CLUB Membership directly on the member-only page located at
here . You also can tick to subscribe to SHEIN CLUB Membership in the order process when you place an order for products on the Site or the App, and you can pay the Membership fee as part of your order. If you do so, then the SHEIN CLUB Membership benefit(s) will apply to that order. Once your payment is completed successfully, we will confirm your membership and your final membership period by email and/or App push. If you are unable to complete your payment, you will need to manually cancel the order if you would like to be able to subscribe to SHEIN CLUB Membership before the order is automatically cancelled.
Currently, the auto-renew function is not supported for SHEIN CLUB Membership. When your membership period is about to expire, we will notify you of the expiration date in advance through email and/or App push. You can re-purchase Membership through the messages from above channels or you can repurchase Membership through the member-only page of the website directly.
Note: The SHEIN CLUB Membership subscription purchased through a SHEIN website in any country/region is only applicable to that corresponding website and to orders with delivery addresses in the corresponding country/region.
3.4 Methods to Pay for Membership Fee
You can pay for your SHEIN CLUB Membership fee(s) through available payment methods*, except that you may not pay for the SHEIN CLUB Membership fee by SHEIN wallet, gift card, coupons or SHEIN Points. Discounts or coupons do not apply to the SHEIN CLUB Membership fee.
*Note: Available payment methods are the existing payment methods on the Site, except for cash on delivery. We reserve the right to change the payment methods.
4. TERM AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
4.1 Membership Term Calculation
You will become a SHEIN CLUB Member immediately upon successful purchase of Membership.
Depending on the Membership fee package you have purchased, the corresponding Membership period will be calculated.
You can check the
member-only page for the specific validity period of your Membership.
Please note that only 1 stacked membership period is currently supported, i.e. you can renew your membership in 30 days before your membership expires. After successful renewal, 1 pending effective membership will be created and the corresponding membership benefits will be issued from the effective start date.
For example, when you purchase a Quarterly-Membership package on 09/01/2022 at 12:00 a.m., your Membership will take effect immediately after the payment is successful. Your Membership period is from 09/01/2022 12:00:00 am to 12/03/2022 23:59:59 pm.

4.2 Termination of Membership
Once you have purchased a SHEIN CLUB Membership, you have the right to apply for cancellation of the Membership within 7 days (the “7-Day Period”) from the day on which the Membership became effective (calculated based on the confirmation email sent to you pursuant to section 3.2). If you apply for cancellation of your Membership within the 7-Day Period and you have not used any Membership benefits, we will refund the entire Membership fee to you. If you apply for cancellation of your Membership within the 7-Day Period and you have used Membership benefits, then we will withhold from your refund the value of SHEIN CLUB Membership benefits used by you and your account.
After the 7-day Period, you can still apply to cancel your Membership if you have not used any of your Membership benefits, in which event, we will refund your entire Membership fee to you if you apply for cancellation of the Membership within the Membership period. If you have used any of your Membership benefits, however, you will not be able to cancel your Membership after the 7-Day Period, and your Membership will continue until it expires.
When you apply to cancel your Membership, you must ensure that there is no pending order with the usage of Membership benefits pending payment. In order to apply to cancel your Membership, you must contact
Customer Service to cancel your SHEIN CLUB Membership during the applicable time period as specified above. We estimate that it will take 1-2 weekdays to complete the review of your cancellation application. Note: Membership fee refund application is only for the current valid Membership period. If your SHEIN CLUB Membership has expired, you can no longer apply for a refund of Membership fee even if you did not use any of the Membership benefits.
*Note:
When you have an order with the benefit of SHEIN CLUB Shipping Coupons and the package status has been shipped, the Shipping Coupons used cannot be refunded, and the benefit has been used by default. If you initiate a request to terminate your SHEIN CLUB Membership, we will make a partial refund after deducting the amount of the Shipping Coupons reduction from the membership fee.
Pending effective memberships can be withdrawn anytime before they become effective and we will refund your full membership fee. When you have a pending effective membership and choose to unsubscribe from a currently active membership, your pending effective membership will become effective immediately upon successful unsubscription and the withdrawal period will begin to run from the effective date.
Once your application to cancel your Membership has been approved, your SHEIN CLUB Membership will be terminated immediately, the corresponding Membership benefits will be invalidated immediately.
4.3 Refund Method
When your cancellation application is approved and if you are entitled to a refund, your applicable Membership fee will be refunded according to the original payment method. The refund will be reflected in your payment account according to the processing time of your payment institution.
4.4 Termination for Cause
SHEIN reserves the right to terminate your SHEIN CLUB Membership for good cause at our discretion upon 7 days' prior notice to you. Good cause is deemed to exist if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or if your use of SHEIN CLUB is fraudulent, abusive or in violation of third-party rights. If your Membership is terminated under this section, your Membership fee will not be refunded. Thanks for understanding.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to refuse any applications for Membership. We may in our discretion change any aspect of these Terms. We will promptly inform you of any material changes to these Terms, except the complimentary membership will remain unchanged until expiration. You may contact us anytime through our
