Coupon Policy
The following Coupon Terms and Conditions (“Coupon Policy” or “Coupon Terms”), effective as of February 24, 2025, describe the terms and conditions that apply to SHEIN US Coupons (“Coupons”). These Coupon Terms constitute an agreement between you and the Issuer. The “Issuer” is SHEIN US Services, LLC. By accepting or using a SHEIN Coupon, you agree to be bound by these Coupon Terms. If you do not agree with these Coupon Terms, do not accept or use the Coupon. The acceptance and use of Coupons are also subject to our Terms of Use .
NOTICE OF ARBITRATION PROVISIONS: Your acceptance and use of Coupons is subject to binding individual arbitration of any disputes which may arise, as provided in the Terms of Use which also means that you waive your right to participate in any class action. Please read the arbitration provisions carefully and do not accept or use Coupons if you are unwilling to arbitrate any disputes you may have with us.
TThis Coupon Policy governs the issuance, use, and redemption of Coupons. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use .
Subject to applicable laws, this Coupon Policy may be amended from time to time.
1. Expiration Date and Restrictions on Use
Coupons may be redeemed only toward the purchase of products on us.shein.com (the “Site”) and the SHEIN US mobile application (the “App”). Coupons issued on the Site or the App may only be used on the Site or the App. Only those Coupons that are identified by SHEIN as being eligible for Third-Party Sellers’ products may be used for purchasing Third-Party Sellers’ products on the Services, and any Coupons that are identified as only for Third-Party Sellers’ products may not be used for purchasing products sold by SHEIN.
Each Coupon will have an expiration date. Please note the expiration date on your Coupon and use it before the expiration date. Once a Coupon has expired, the Coupon cannot be redeemed or otherwise used. If your Coupon is not redeemed prior to its expiration date, it will be marked as "unavailable" on your SHEIN User Account and will be deleted after 3 months.
2. How to Get A SHEIN Coupon?
We may make Coupons available to you from time to time at our sole discretion, including in the following ways:
  • When you register a new SHEIN User Account, we may send you a Coupon after you have successfully registered.
  • We may make Coupons available to you through the homepage and order page on the Site and the App. Such Coupons will not be linked to your SHEIN User Account.
  • When you download the App by scanning the QR code, we may make a Coupon available to you.
  • You may receive a Coupon through an influencer who works with us based on the influencer’s recommendation. Such Coupons will not be linked to your SHEIN User Account.
  • Through the Coupon pop-up window on the home page of the Site and the App, we may make Coupons available to you, depending on whether we hold such campaign or promotion in our sole discretion at that time.
  • When you successfully make full payment of a purchase order for goods on the Site or the App, we may make Coupons available to you, depending on whether we hold such campaign or promotion in our sole discretion at that time.
3. What Types of Coupons Does SHEIN Provide?
We offer the following types of Coupons:
1) Fixed-amount Coupon;
2) Discount Coupon applicable to the total purchase price of an order;
3) Discount Coupon applicable only to purchase price of non-sale products in an order;
4) Free shipping Coupon applicable to the lowest-cost shipping option;
5) Free shipping Coupon applicable to the highest-cost shipping option; and
6) Other types of Coupons that we may issue from time to time.
These Coupons may be offered to you solely at our discretion.
4. View Your Coupon
You may check your available and unavailable Coupons (excluding: (i) the Coupons which have expired more than 3 months; and (ii) the Coupons which are not linked to your SHEIN User Account) by logging into your User Account and visiting "Personal Center" << "My Assets" << "My Coupons."
The available Coupons may be used on the Site and the App to purchase products, subject to any accompanying additional terms and conditions.
5. Redemption and Limitations
i) You can redeem a valid Coupon when placing an order to purchase products on the Site or the App (subject to any applicable terms and conditions stated on the Coupon and restrictions on use specified above).
ii) A Coupon may only be used once.
iii) Coupons may not be exchanged for cash.
iv) Only one Coupon can be redeemed in connection with any given order; and Coupons cannot otherwise be "stacked" or combined with other Coupons in connection with the same order.
v) Coupons will be returned to your SHEIN User Account upon successful cancellation, return and/or refund of a purchase for which such Coupon was redeemed, unless: (i) such Coupon has already expired; or (ii) such Coupon is not otherwise linked to your SHEIN User Account; or (iii) it was a partial cancellation, return and/or refund of your order (in which case, the Coupon will be deemed to have been used, and will not be returned to you). In the event of a partial return of a purchase for which a Coupon was redeemed, the amount of the refund may be adjusted as specified in Section 6 below.
Coupons may be subject to additional terms, conditions and restrictions as may be presented to you prior to issuance.
6. Refund Amount Adjustments For Partial Returns When A Coupon Was Redeemed
When you apply for a partial return of an order for which you had redeemed a ‘threshold Coupon’, the following refund adjustment rules apply:
For Coupons with a single threshold amount (for example $5 off a $15 purchase):
A. If after the partial return, the total value of the remaining item(s) in the order (exclusive of tax) still meets the threshold amount of the Coupon used for the purchase, there will be no refund amount adjustment, and you will receive a full refund of amount paid for the items that you are returning.
B. If after the partial return, the total value of the remaining item(s) in the order (exclusive of tax) no longer meets the threshold amount of the Coupon used for the purchase, there will be a refund amount adjustment, and the refund you receive may be reduced by the full amount of the Coupon (in the above example, the refund will be reduced by $5),
For Coupons with multiple threshold amounts (for example, $5 off a $20 purchase/ $10 off a $30 purchase):
C. If after the partial return, the total value of the remaining item(s) in the order (exclusive of tax) still meets the original threshold amount of the Coupon used for the purchase, there will be no refund amount adjustment, and you will receive a full refund of amount paid for the item(s) that you are returning.
D. If after the partial return, the total value of the remaining item(s) in the order (exclusive of tax) no longer meets the original threshold amount of the Coupon used for the purchase, but meets another lower threshold amount of the same Coupon, there will be a refund amount adjustment, and the refund you receive may be reduced by the difference in the discounts applicable to the two thresholds. In the above example, where the Coupon had 2 thresholds, and you initially received $10 off of a $30 purchase, but then retuned a $10 item, so that now you only meet the lower threshold of $5 off of a $20 purchase, then your refund will be reduced by $5 (the difference between $10 off (for the higher threshold) and $5 off (for the lower threshold).
E. If after the partial return, the total value of the remaining item(s) in the order (exclusive of tax) no longer meets any of the threshold amounts of the Coupon used for the purchase, there will be a refund amount adjustment, and the refund you receive may be reduced by the full amount of the Coupon (in the above example, if the Coupon used gave you $10 off of a $30 purchase, the refund will be reduced by the full $10),
For ‘percent off’ Coupons with a threshold amount (for example, 15% off a purchase of $100 or more):
F. If after the partial return, the total value of the remaining item(s) in the order (exclusive of tax) still meets the threshold amount of the Coupon used for the purchase, there will be no refund amount adjustment, and you will receive a full refund of amount paid for the item(s) that you are returning.
G. If after the partial return, the total value of the remaining item(s) in the order (exclusive of tax) no longer meets the threshold amount of the Coupon used for the purchase, there will be a refund amount adjustment, and the refund you receive may be reduced by the full amount of the discount you received (in the above example, if the Coupon used gave you $15 off a $100 purchase, the refund will be reduced by the full $15),
In the event of a refund amount adjustment, the Coupon that was originally redeemed will be returned to your Wallet if it has not yet expired.
